Wingstop, Houston TX

Just waited 45+ min for two 8 piece combos this place takes too long to complete orders.they always takes at least 30 minutes to complete orders they say 18 minutes and you end up waiting there for ever to get your food.

They pick up and hang up because they don't feel like taking orders. Terrible service. The girl at the register need to get some because she's always so rude and mad about working there.

Terrible service very rude they never answer the phone.you can never get manager on the phone when you get there you get the waiting game.worst location in Houston. And food was under cook with a whole lot of cooking in the bottom

Horrible service. Was in the middle of placing an order and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Called from a different phone and was hung up on. I then disconnected the line and 5 minutes later received a call to complete my order. No thank you decided to go to chick fil a. Better service and right down the street.

THESE PEOPLE CANNOT COUNT. Very very below average Wingstop. Had an order of 40 wings for my coworkers and I that included 18 Cajun wings. Was only given 10 Cajun after counting once I left the restaurant. Called them and said they couldn't do anything about it. Also ordered some Mango Habenero that were boneless and bone-in and was only given boneless. Worst service ever. These people cannot count. COUNT EVERY SINGLE WING.

The best song stop ever the food is great. Awesome customer service. The food is superb. I will forever love this wingstop.

The customer service and the wings wasn't all that great. I asked two different wingstop employees for some lemon pepper seasoning and never received it even after being told that they would get it.

Good price and service, the food is great. I read some reviews and I think it's not true. We buy all the time without a problem.and to be honest I've seen some people walking in and complaining about the food just because.when everything is OK.to get more free food. I think.it's so annoying! So, please.don't consider the bad reviews!

My wings was undercook I was told we have to request well done always visit Wingstop first time at this location and never went through this from the manager

I have been to this location more than once and the last few times my food has either been burnt or not cooked all the way thru. The service is horrible and I will not be returning anytime in the near future.
