Wingstop reviews
33The front desk gentlemen that took my order was very rude. (Sabastian) And this is not the first time. When addressed to another associate they said he is always like that. However I have it two stars because the food was good. For now on I'll go to another location.
Danielle love the attitude and very polite my order was correct and made on time, no time waisted great place
Wings are great, fries tend to be too sugary, i recomend light or no seasoning, but the thing that makes them 3 stars is that theyll take around 30 minutes to give you your order. So beware of the wait times, even for pickup they tend to be busy all the time so long waits are a thing.
Rude, awful service by the cashier. Wings were mediocre not worth the $67 I paid for my family to eat there. Thumbs down!
Disappointed today.everything was over cooked. Had flavor but was dry. And the 6 piece combo is now $10.60! Not worth it. LA Crawfish wings are better!
On two different occasions I’ve been put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. Worst customer service around. Go to Big City Wings instead. Better food, better customer service.
The cashier lady says you need to purchase item when coupon says no purchase needed. After a minute, she was looking for papar coupon for online coupon. She was like i am not going to give you store offer. Please go some other wing stop.
Always enjoy eating there they have some great food friendly environment great service always clean
Bad customer service took forever to get 10 wing ready when I came up to ask the girl behind the register said they are putting sauce on the wings I had a feeling I should have checked it before leaving but it was late so I didnt got home which is only few mins away the fries taste old and the wings have next to no sauce.
This place is no longer a Wingstop but a Vietnamese restaurant. There is actually decent service here for being a streamline Vietnamese restaurant, the food is pretty decent and the price is reasonable.
The owner tried to serve me food that was dropped on the ground. Not happy about that but at least the shift manager gave me a refund.
The owner dropped a piece of chicken on the floor, picked it up, put it into the fryer and tried to serve it to us.
The food was horrible! The fries were double fried, chicken was winning in grease. Soooooo disappointed! They lost a customer today
Great wings, minimal seating, no frills type of place. Solid and consistent. Some things are too minimal like napkins, ice in the drink vending machine. All in all a great place for a quick bite to eat.
Ordered chicken tenders from this location for my boyfriend and he said they were really chewy.turns out they were uncooked.
Will not be returning
Both times I have eaten from this location have been a bad experience. The first time my order was completely wrong and the most recent my wings were over cooked and tough.will not return!
Love the food but the staff weren't very professional.one guy in the back was wearing opened toe shoes while prepping food.the chick at the front didn't seem to want to be there and then when my food was done they just put it on the shelf without calling my name, after some people who came after me got their food before me I had to go up and ask for my food.
Worst service ever. Not only was my order wrong but but the ranch was expired. There was chunks in it.it was disgusting
Ordered 4 lemon pepper and 4 Cajun. I got the 4 Cajun but the other 4 are unsauced completely. This would be less of an issue if the employee didn't read my order back to me 3 times.
