33Never answers their phones. Customer service from the individuals who work there seemed to have not been trained in customer service or their job. Avoid this location unless it is the last place on earth to eat.
Use to be good, going downhill. The food is fine if they get your order right but the service is seriously lacking

PLEASE when someone places an order it’s very RUDE for YOU to hange up on your CUSTOMERS! I would be ok if you would not have hung up on me several times with no apologies from which, each time I called back & was put on hold only to be hung up on. In my case I was given wings with out side dressing. Please order at a different location!
Pros: The wings taste OK
Cons: The cost is more than their worth; customer service is horrible and dismissive to issues; when you order take out its Russian roulette on whether they can get your order right

After not 1 but 2 floods.this place is still here at putting out the best service they can. Always a great time when we go there to eat.
Great food and atmosphere. The employees are friendly and I never have issues with my order being correct. The only problem is they’re always busy. So even tho I ordered online, my food is never ready when I get there. Always end up waiting about 10 minutes or so. I guess that’s the price you pay for super fresh food.
This place messes up our order. Our fries were season less and were all black and no longer good. We took our order back and the "cook" refused to redo our order because I was told by the other employees he was stressed and tired. Meanwhile there is no manager on site and they have no way to get a hold.of her and they didn't know how to give me a refund for my money on my card. They had to call another Wingstop manager for info on refund. The manger.of.this place.refused to answer her phone only text, she was no help to the new employees that were trying to help me since the cook refused to cook my order again. This whole.experience was a nightmare. I couldn't believe how he just wouldn't do my order and kept doing other people's order after mine. My kid stayed waiting for her fries at home and it sucks that this people did this. I hope the manager or someone that is in charge of this place gets a hold.of Nico the "cook" and teaches him customer service. This is ridiculous he refused service to me. This place is ridiculous!
Horrible horrible customer service experience. The fries were super cold, but the issue was when I asked for more and there as no response just silence and a look of no concern.followed by 3 minutes later hotter fries but no apology or any spoken words just a hand off. I said thank you and walked out but still no acknowledgement.sad. Plus 4 wings were missing and we didn't realize it until making it back to our destination.smh. If no stars were an option it would be selected.
Okay let me tell you something. (THERES A PLOT TWIST AT THE END) Oh my goodness, me and my girl waited roughly 40 minutes to get a 8 piece wings. Turns out when I went to ask for a refund because me and her had to be somewhere. The lady who seemed a bit clueless. Who also asked us repeated times to say our order. Which I can promise you we spoke clearly. She went to the back and talked to the cook, and had to call the owner for a refund. As the cook approaches me, he looks to the left and sees a small bag. Looks at it and hands it to me. Then says “this is your food I’m not sure why she hasn’t given it to you. ” Not only that, she tries to defend her self as she holds “our ticket” and say I thought you wanted it at 2: 50. And I looked at her and explained to her you were with us when we ordered which was at 1: 57. Why would we want it that long? She just walked away. She literately showed me a ticket that said we ordered at 2: 25. Which I showed her the receipt that said 1: 57. And the ticket that says 2: 25 says to give the food at 2: 50. She was going to let the bag sit there till 2: 50 to hand it to us.
Ordered online and went I got there food was fresh out and ready and it taste amazing and was cooked to perfection.
Nice location, wings were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Watched the Houston Rockets game there so that was a plus
They do not cook the wings enough! I have always asked that they cook mine longer, before Wingstop added "well done" to their system. It's always hit or miss with this location. This will be the last miss! SMH
