I had a great experience while purchasing my Honda CB300. Alex helped me pick out the right bike for me and was so helpful through the entire purchasing process. He even went above and beyond by providing me with contact information for a towing company to transport my bike. Everyone that helped me along the process of my purchase was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Ridenow Austin.

Just wear your masks correctly, it isn't that hard. The majority of the employees have their masks down, including when talking to customers. The floor supervisor isn't correctly wearing their mask either. This was on two separate occasions. Stay safe!

Stop by on A Friday look at Jet skis and to get a quote on a seadoo spark, I went back on Saturday to make the deal because we got approved through our bank we’re gonna come back Tuesday or Wednesday when we will get the check from the bank so we could go and pick it up so we called them Wednesday tell Them we got the check and we were coming for the Jetske and guess what they had already sale

Last week I purchased a new Polaris Ranger from them. I dealt with Tony Miele, he did a fantastic job, love the new ride and the service I recieved!

So I recently completed my msf course and went here to get my first bike! I met Alex and he was beyond helpful. He made my first experience fun and relaxed and was not pushy at all and helped me find the bike I wanted. I will definitely be going back to him for my next bike when the time comes!

Worst place ever they try to scam you in their handling charge no other motorcyle dealer foed tgat just a way to gauge another 400 bucks out of you on top of that not coming off msrp

I also valued his interaction with my son, whom the purchase was primarily for. I literally text him the day after taking delivery of my new spark to purchase a second unit for my other children. Before I got my motorcycle endorsement I went to all the local dealerships looking at bikes and starting to establish a relationship with the sales people at various stores. After taking my enforcement class only one salesman called to see how it went and follow up. Sonny has been and always will be my sales guy. He treats me like a person and not a paycheck like i felt at other stores or with other sales people.
