1st time taking my bike to service dept to get inspected and they wanted to take my zx14 for a joy ride! Went down the street they had me in and out! Never going to woods service again!

Buyer beware get everything in writing. Salesperson said he was gonna give me some real nice tie Downs, I was 800 miles from home & bought a brand new Can-Am defender and he gives me the cheap skinny no hook tie Downs from the factories shipping

Bought a jet ski from Tyler and was blown away by his knowledge. He made my 4 year old son feel apart of the buying process. Would definitely recommend this place.

I started out hating this place but have come to love and feel comfortable at Woods. Matt in parts is a rock star. Drew in service is laid back and. Taking one star off for test rides. It’s where the “fun” is not in Woods Fun Center. Wish they were solo and not all right hand turns.

Eh. I visited their parts department this week to inquire about tires for a vintage Honda. The size I needed are no longer made. I figured I'd swing by to get a *quick* answer from a professional and purchase a set of tires that would work for this bike. After 10 minutes of him poking around a couple of catalogs, I decided to leave to research myself (and order online). Five stars for his effort but one star for not having answers.

Not too bad. If you order and have it shipped. Expect very little or no communication on shipping date or tracking.

I had the first service, as well as a recall completed on my s1000 RR and I am very pleased with the outcome. In fact, as I waited for the service to be completed I had the opportunity to meet team members from service, parts and even the sales department, each and every person went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met, and every question was answered. This is an amazing place!

Was walking around for about half an hour and no one bothered to help me. I was there with the intention to buy too.

Typical dealership: too many sales people waiting outside. However, they're nice; worked with Dylan and Sonny. Unfortunately, they left a used bike listing up for weeks after it sold just to get me in the shop to try to sell me a new one. I just ended up purchasing elsewhere as a result.

Justin is who helped me and he worked with Dustin to accomplish everything I had requested. I believe he went above and beyond to see that I was more than satisfied. Great guy.

Just got back from vacation and was planning to go to the lake for memorial day weekend. Just discovered that my see doo wasn't running. I brought down to woods fun center and "Bull" checked out the situation, got me a new battery, installed it and sent me on my way. They are always there and willing to help Any way possible, over the phone and in person
