I have never had acupuncture before so I had my reservations. However it is the best health choice that I have ever made. Dr O definitely knows how to treat you and fix what is wrong with you. I could literally see positive results after the first appointment. I would highly recommend Dr O and his staff!

Dr. O and his staff are first class and the best! For the first time since I can remember, I am getting high quality sleep and having dreams when I sleep. I was having really bad stress and anxiety so I wanted to check our acupuncture but I also wanted to see a chiropractor. WELL Dr. O does both! Every time I leave my appointment I feel like a new person and my energy is high and very positive. His staff is so welcoming and friendly, feels like family when I visit. If you’ve never tried Chinese acupuncture I highly recommend Dr. O!

Dr. Has been incredibly thorough and effective in relived my pregnancy induced carpal tunnel pain. When I first went to see him my pain was well over a 10 on a scale of 1-10.causing sleepless nights and miserable days. After today.my 4th appt.my pain level is down to a 1 and he informed me that after 4-6 appointments we would have it under control! He has been a blessing!

For 2 weeks now, I’ve seen Dr. O for severe neck pain and daily headaches/migraines. After just 2 sessions, the pain on my left side completely went away and the pain on my right side decreased significantly. After my last session, I have no neck pain and the headaches have gone away. I also feel much more relaxed and look forward to the treatments weekly. Dr. O also spends as much time as necessary answering and explaining the pain and treatment. My insurance covers this with a small copay, which is nice, but it’s so good, I would pay the full price if it didn’t! When scheduling my initial consultation, they were upfront on the cost if insurance didn’t cover it, which I appreciated. So happy I found them, it’s a wonderful place!

I've been going for pain treatments & getting good relief from acupuncture, cupping and their traction table. Spot on treatments for many if the issues I have (osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, pinched nerves in my neck, bad discs, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc.) Great people all around! I don't believe anyone could get out of there without feeling better.

I have gone to them for a total of 13 visits and other than some miscommunication along the way my treatments have really helped, putting off injections and surgeries that were guaranteed otherwise. I received 7 steroid injections in different parts of my body during the 15 months prior to starting acupuncture and was prepping myself for neck and wrist surgery mentally. I have had no shots or returned to my rehabilitative Doctor since starting here. Dr. O really knows his way around the human body!

The office manager called me, we spoke and she explained the miscommunication/ misunderstanding and truly apologized. I thank this office for calling and trying to see what all happened and making sure they fixed the problem. They rectified all my issues. Thank you, it definitely meant a lot and makes me want to give them a second chance!

Warning signs from beginning! I was booking my appointment because I suffer from severe neck pain and lower back pain from a car accident that I was in three years ago. So I was going through my insurance to pay for my chiropractic care. I set up my appointment Friday and was supposed to get a call back from them so I would know what I would be paying on that following Monday (10/21/19) I never got a callback. Monday; I walk in for my 3 PM appointment I am hit with $145 fee. To which, I ask why is this amount so high when I have insurance. The front desk lady (although very nice and helpful) could not answer that question without asking the chiropractor. So I cancelled my appointment and left. I refuse to pay that amount of money when I can go elsewhere for cheaper, a whole lot cheaper. Still confused by the amount, I called the office back to get more answers. The lady calls me back and tells me that my visit was including the consultation, treatment and acupuncture etc.but again for $145 I need a specific breakdown for what cost what. So when she calls back, they (I guess) reverified my insurance (which I have pretty good insurance) and told me that my deductible is not met. (All of this, which I know) Okay, but my co-pay should make sense. Now I know my insurance does not cover acupuncture and I was not going for acupuncture treatment, but only chiropractic care. (But liked the fact that if I wanted to try/get acupuncture treatment I had the option & would pay out of pocket for it). When I explain this to the front desk lady, she did have to call me back because I wanted to know the price for just/only chiropractic care. She then called me back and said the chiropractor said since my deductible is not met that it would be “around” $50 for my First Visit and $50 every time I came there after. Now what rubbed me the wrong way was that; they had my insurance information and knew that I only wanted chiropractic care, so they could now give me an accurate price. So I can not understand how they could not tell me the price for each visit there after my first visit. This chiropractor legit was making up prices, but why when you have my insurance to verify how much I would pay for each visit. I have gone to a chiropractor before using the same exact insurance. Of course, your initial visit is always higher but there after, goes down to a set amount. NOT some number picked out of the air. Let alone remember we started at $145. My deductible not being met has nothing to do with it. Especially when you can verify my insurance and see what percentage I pay and go from there, this was not done. This is where this chiropractor lost out on a potential customer but also made me want to shed light to anybody else he’s done this too.because it would not be $50 after my first initial visit, it would go down to a lower set amount. BEWARE!

After dealing with lower back pain for several years, with minimal relief with chiropractors and massage, I thought I would give acupuncture a try. Really has been a life changing experience with over 95 percent of my pain gone with just one visit! I still cannot believe it.

My lower back was accidentally injured at workout on Saturday caused me nearly paralyzed. The pain hurt me in very breath and movement. I couldn’t find any position not suffering. I soaked in my sweat from the pain. I had to take ibuprofen, though I didn’t take any pain killer for my whole life even I gave births for 3 time without epidural.

Fortunately, I immediately went to Yin & Yang Healthcare in Friendswood for chiropractic and acupuncture performed by Dr. Ouyang. The second day, which is supposed to be the pain peak, I can barely get up and walk. Monday, after another treatment, I started walk around and made lunch for kids! That is a miracle!

2 weeks later, I was back to a race and won overall 1st place female!

If you need help, Dr. Ouyang is definitely the wisest choice! Thumbs up!

Dr. O is a top Dr.in the Houston area. He combines both western and eastern knowledge in his practice. His medical instincts and care are excellent. His staff is also kind and friendly. From chronic pain to insomnia, Dr O has been a life saver. You will not be disappointed with his care.

I always suffered from back pain and headaches. I had never considered acupunctures until my husban visited. I do not feel any back pain. I slept so well after my visit. I highly recomend yin and yan healthcare.

Dr. O is incredible. He really works with his patients to understand the full picture of what is going on. I came in for back pain that had been going on for 2 weeks and I had already gone to 2 other doctors, taken different medications and even tried physical therapy. My first visit made a huge difference, and with consistency my back pain is almost completely gone. I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. O and his staff is wonderful as well. Dr. O has helped me tremendously with my endometriosis and adenomyosis symptoms. I walked into his office in incredible pain and in a months time I started to feel relief. He really treats your body on a whole. He is a Doctor for life!

I have been doing acupuncture for now 1 month, to treat anxiety, and I feel so much better. Dr O and his team are very nice.

I went to Yin & Yang as a test to see if acupuncture and / or chiropractic services would help my sciatica, and much to my surprise and relief it did! Even after the first treatment, there was much improvement.my body responded quickly.thank goodness! Dr. "O" is a very patient and kind person and really takes the time to explain everything. A big high five to Dr Q and his staff I am a believer now, I was suffering from severe pain in my leg and knee which I had for about nine months. DR Q did his magic in just three treatments I can truly say my pain started going away, I cant wait for my next treatment. Take it from me it works. Thank you Dr Q. Absolutely the best! Dr. Ouyang is calming and immediately focused on my pain concerns and my well being as well. I have had 5 treatments and the pain has decreased immensely. My hands were being crippled by arthritis. I am able to flex my hands and use them almost as normal with little pain.
Have also been treated by Dr. Lefeber. He too is great. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
I will definitely recommend Dr. Ouyang & Dr. Lefeber to anyone who needs acupuncture for their pain.
I also must mention the receptionist, Deepa. She makes the visits even more comfortable. Her positive energy and her desire to make sure each patient is taken care of as soon as possible and with satisfaction is wonderful. I have not experienced this feeling of ‘importance’ at a doctor’s office ever.

I started going to Dr. Ouyang on 3/26/18. I suffer from Fibromaylgia and was struggling to go to work, would literally come home from work and pass out due to the pain levels I was enduring these past 6 months. Within the first treatment I saw results and have now been to see him 6 times. I am at a level 0. No more pain pills or muscle relaxers and I have some of my energy back. He is AMAZING. I would recommend him to anyone who suffers.
