I came in for treatment for swelling in my foot from surgery.
Deepa, the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful.
Dr. O was very attentive and explained everything very well.
The office and exam rooms are very nice and there is a very relaxing atmosphere.
I have only had one treatment so far but there is definite improvement! I’m looking forward to seeing the improvement after the next 2 visits!

This place has helped me so much! Deepa the front desk lady was so nice and welcoming. Dr O is very knowledgeable and has reduced my pain!

Dr. O is the best! I’ve been going to him for about 5 weeks, and there’s a great difference in my mobility and pain level. Through acupuncture, I feel much better, move more easily, and could see the difference after the first treatment! And.the needles do NOT hurt!

I have been an acupuncture patient of Dr. O for 5 weeks now.
My problems ranged from knee pain to allergies, even sleep apnea. I noticed results immediately!
The knee pain lessened with each visit (literally no pain now), I’ve had far less allergy related symptoms, and sleep much better!
Also each session ends with a back adjustment as Dr. O is a Chiropractor as well.

After 20 year of chronic insomnia paired with being a high strung person living a very stressful life, finding little to no relief from medications, behavioral therapy, specialist and psychologist, it was suggested to me by a chiropractor friend to look into acupuncture. He referred me to Dr. O's office/Yin & Yang Healthcare. I was somewhat skeptical, but willing to try anything at this point to get some sleep and relief. I have had 7 acupuncture sessions, and I can literally feel my life changing with each session. Dr. O explained what I was experiencing in a way that no other physician could. He explained that my sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems were unbalanced and that due to my high stress life, I was essentially living on pure adrenaline because I never slow down. I walk fast, I talk fast, I drive fast and I'm always on edge. It was impossible for me to ever "relax" or sleep. He told me that over a little time, acupuncture would help regulate the flow of the two and balance them out. I am continuing my sessions, but so far I have found myself having less road rage as a 20 year commuter, I walk a little slower and I worry a lot less. I actually begin to feel tired at night and am falling asleep faster, although there is still room for improvement and expect that to come over the next couple of weeks. As an added unexpected side effect, I've noticed an intense increase in libido. I had no idea something so simple with no side effects could be so beneficial to my overall health. I wish I had learned about Traditional Chinese Medicine sooner. I am so thankful for how far I have come and for Dr. O sharing his knowledge with me!
