Z Islander, Bryan TX

Last weekend my son and 3 of his future roommates came to Bryan/College Station and viewed 7 different options for housing. The 4 future college student's had done a lot of research and loved Z Islander. We came to Z last and all four knew immediately that they wanted to live here. Prior to making the trip up from the Houston area, Jackie, leasing agent, was fantastic and very responsive. Rylan did our tour and he was very friendly and helpful. All four are very excited that our kids will be living here!

Great place to stay! Friendly staff and homely feels! I would even give 10 out of 5 stars if possible!

It's a great place to enjoy my college life and i'm loving it. Would definitely recommend it to my friends who will be coming in for the next semester.

Z islander is a very poorly run apartment complex. There have been leaks in my apartment, busted pipes, and mold under carpet and behind drywall. Z islander is repairing the damming but will not let me out of the lease while the repairs are continuing.

This place feels like a hotel. The rooms and amenities are run similarly to that of a hotel, and the staff are super friendly. This place is very pet friendly with trash cans located every 3 minutes (by walk). The rooms are larger than those at other apartments. Overall, not bad.

Z Islander is a beautiful place to live! The apartments are roomy, with tall ceilings, big windows, and big bathrooms with a walk in shower! I love how the staff offers prizes and games and many different activities. The reason I did not rate it very high is because when I moved in, I had to do a lot of cleaning. There were wax stains on the walls and carpets that I had to get out myself. It also smelled very musty/moldy. Another thing is that, Z Islander offers printing and every time I go to use the printer it never works. Lastly, the staff rarely ever answers the phone. When you call the front desk, most of them do not know how to work the situation and answer a simple question. When they say they will call you back, you will NEVER get a call back.

Called up there when looking for a new place to live with my boyfriend. I spoke to Jerry who was so professional and helpful. He has a wide knowledge of everything they have to offer and was amazing with his service! 10/10 would recommend and if you call ask for JERRY!

Amazing property, there are a few things that could be better but overall we enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide Zae was super cool and very knowledgeable on pretty much every aspect of the property.

I just signed a lease and I am thrilled to be living here! This apartment has all the amenities I want and can’t wait to move in!

Z Islander is a beautiful complex with many amazing amenities! When we toured they told us all about their renovations and my daughter and I got so excited! Her and her friends are signing their leases soon and I'm so excited to visit her and take a dip in that pool!

I’m transferring from A&M Galveston, and I’ve been anxious about finding a good apartment in College Station. After talking with Abby W.on the phone, I’ve decided Z Islander is the place for me! Abby was so sweet and welcoming, and she answered all of my questions. It was cool to not only have found an apartment, but also to have already made a friend in cstat. I love the beach theme Z Islander has going on; it reminds me of home!

Zislander has been such a great place to live for my senior year here at Texas A&M. It’s very relaxed, the staff will work with you (very polite), and they actually take the steps to help you out, unlike other complexes that I’ve lived at. I love living at zislander

I just move in here and have really enjoyed it so far. Close to campus, staff is friendly, and I get quick responses from the management when I have questions. Plus they give out snacks in between classes!

I love living at Z islander! Rooms are very big and Staff are friendly and helpful. Gio has on top of any situation i have needed to be handled.he has been incredibly kind and helpful as well the rest of the staff.

I've been living in the Z islander apartment complex for the past 3 years and I've enjoyed the experience. However within the past year or so they have undergone a change in management that I believe has made the place even better than before! Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great college living experience as it is also close to campus.

This place is nothing short of amazing. It should be advertised as a well functioning community rather than an apartment complex. There are numerous events that Z hosts throughout the year, and each one brings with it a sense of friendship and home that you won't find in too many other places. And if all this isn't enough to satisfy you, they have one of the most friendly and helpful staff teams you can find in any apartment complex.

This place provides great student housing at a reasonable price. They are always willing to fix issues inside the property and are promptly completed!

Z Islander allowed me to have an awesome college experience as I was getting my undergrad degree. The pool is amazing and the staff is super friendly:) Sometimes my maintenance requests took a lil while to get too, but they always got to me and fixed it! If i were still in CSTAT id def still be living there

Very unpleased with how new management handles issues. I have waited 20 days for a mail key. When I came to the office for the third time this week, I was told to wait for an email. Will not be renewing.

My first year away from home. Staff made the move in process feel seamless. Management is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is nice, with a big pool and very close to campus. Can’t wait for the upcoming events and will definitely be signing again as long as I’m here.
