Z Islander, Bryan TX

The staff does not ever seem to know what is happening in the community. I had to constantly put in work requests in for the same issue because they would say they completed it when they had not. They have tried twice to bill me for 2 apartments and I have had to get them to spray my apartment for roaches almost monthly. Be prepard to never get your questions answered.

NEVER RENT HERE! Worst place I have ever lived! There is trash everywhere, the gates never work and the move out is the worst. They try to scam every dollar that they can.

This place is a scam. They collect rents from people who have never moved in. They do not return calls. They tell you they will look into it and call back, but never do. This place should be fined and shut down.

Additionally, the good reviews were coerced. GIO isn't a new resident, hes supposedly a manager. He's not managing anything.

Management is AWFUL! Honestly, I don't know where the 5 stars are coming from, cuz they dont even deserve a 1! Seriously, the staffs have no clue as to what they are doing! The apartment itself and amendities may be very attractive, but do not be fooled! There are so many other newer and better serviced apartments in CS!

1 star is too high for this company. Property management is no-responsive. My daughter's room is unsafe, and they have plans to fix it next week. In the meantime, they want her to stay in the unsafe room. She is in a 4 bedroom apartment with 3 rooms VACANT. They refuse to let her stay in one of the empty rooms. As a parent, I'm beyond frustrated. Management has yet to return any of my calls. For them to realize the room is unsafe, yet do nothing is unacceptable.

Just moved in and it's literally paradise. Even without all the accents my apartment is frickin amazeballs. I love the view, the unbelievable amenities, and it's an incredible community. THEY HAVE A CAR WASH ON SITE! It's so dope. Affordable as well for peeps like me who work and go to school. 10/10 recommend

My friends and I have lived at Z together for a year now and there was no doubt that we were renewing when that time came around. We love the events that’s the complex has for us and the gaming tournaments are really fun and I’ve won a few times. While I am able to use the theater for gaming, my girlfriend takes advantage of the massage chairs and sauna. The staff makes you feel at home and takes the time to listen if you have any issues. We love it here and plan to stay as long as possible.

At first, after reading reviews I was weary of signing, but after moving in for my first month out here, the office has been very accommodating. Most furnished places charge a storage fee, Z Islander pre-arranged for my furniture to be placed how I wanted. Plus, during the months if they don’t run out, they offer many different free food events. If I could rate this place 8 stars I would.

My daughter lived there for about a yr. Really enjoyed how nice the complex was kept cleaned and maintained. Very nice and easy to deal with staff! Made it easy as a parent to be at ease of my daughter's accommodations.

Absolutely horrible experience living here. Many things were broken in my apartment and took months to fix or never even got fixed at all. Also the office will try and trick you with bonus gift cards but will ask you to sign a document showing that you received the gift card but really it’s a lease extension agreement. So watch out for that! Office conducts misrepresentation on tenants which is illegal. If you are planning on visiting this place or living here I strongly suggest don’t! Many other places in college station area that are way better, nicer, and more affordable. If I could rate this place with negative stars I would! Absolutely horrible experience here.

Are a parent: we pay a lot of money for room and board for our children. We expect professionalism and respect. This place has the worse customer service ever. They don't call back. They don't return emails. And they do not make good on their promises. While they have a lot of amenities that our children may or may not use, there are other places with better people skills and cheaper.

I love it at Z Islander! Staff is friendly & are quick to address any issues. My apartment is reasonably priced for the amount of space I have compared to other places I've lived.

This team has been very helpful throughout my daughters moving process. They are able to answer any questions that I have and are quick to respond when necessary. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is amazing! That being said.makes feel much better about my daughter living on her own for the first time.: (

I loved it here! The rooms are gigantic in comparison to what I’m used to and the amentities were amazing. Really nice pool and clubhouse facilities that are kept up with, this is what sold me on it. The staff was always no b.s, competent and on top of stuff. Definitely recommend.

One of the best apartments I have ever lived in! The staff was always helpful and maintained the facility very well. Glad I got to live here even if it was only for a little while.
