158 reviews with only 3 stars.yup, pretty much. I walked in with a smile and within 45 seconds I felt guilty for “annoying” the Apple people. Soooo sorry to ask you a question about an issue I’m having with my Apple Watch. Long story short, don’t waste your time buying a product here. Buy it at WalMart, Costco or Amazon.you’ll have a much better customer experience. Sad that WalMart has nicer people than the Apple store. I’ll end with an exact quote, Me: “Wow 45 minutes to speak with someone about my watch? ” Them: “You should be grateful, it was an hour and a half. ” Yeah, I’m grateful that I get to wait 45 minutes, thank you so much for pointing out that your store is so inefficient that you actually make customers wait 1.5 hours.
