41 Simply amazing. My wife went into the dealer this morning with a car we had just purchased used from another dealer. No appointment made ahead of time. Both of the service wrighters were amazing. Michale got our car into the shop with and estimate time of 2 hours. An hour and a half later trunk worked as designed and was covered under warranty. The young men deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service.

I recently purchased a vehicle from here this weekend and was very pleased with the service and the knowledge about the car from my sales lady Brittany.she has since followed up with me to make sure that I am still pleased with the car and I would recommend that if you want a good car and really good service Horne Hyundai is the place I recommend. The sales manager has no integrity. He offered me a sales price on an IONIQ that he couldn't even open. The vehicle doors were locked and the sales manager could not open The car was on total electronic shutdown. This deceiving practice sounds like the old "Bait and Switch" sales practice. I will never purchase another vehicle from Horne Hyundai. I cannot endorse or recommend the dealership. It seems that the "family" business is more interested in dollars than relationships. When I approached management, the GM stated that the sales manager denied all the communication that was shared to my wife and I.
Unprofessional staff! Went in for a used 18 Sonata and was told I could do a new sonata possibly. I told them I’d only take a new car IF I got the payments I wanted. Otherwise, I wanted the used sonata since I knew I’d have the payments I wanted. Everything was great until I talked to Craig, the internet manager or something. He called me with a payment way over what I had said. When I told him it was too high, he told me he “worked all day to get this deal” and it’ll the he was “losing” $3500 on the deal. Already. Excuse me? Losing? Ha. Anyway, after he spoke to me like an A-Hole, I told him I wanted the used Sonata instead. HE TOLD ME NO! He said he worked too hard on this deal to call the banks back and talk to them about the used car instead.
The point is, I wanted a used car, they wanted me in the new car. They convinced me to consider a new car. After I agreed, they ONLY tried getting me the new car, which wasn’t the deal, because they couldn’t get in my payment range. I’ve seen other reviews about this Craig guy, sounds like the GM needs to hold him responsible for losing these sales. I ended up going to Earnhardt Hyundai in Scottsdale and got a great deal on a Hyundai Tucson, and was treated with dignity and respect! Imagine that!
I've been a loyal customer for 10 years or more and have always been happy with the service I receive, my service advisor Michael Saenz is always on point and very helpful as to my needs and makes sure I leave satisfied with my auto!
Very nice people very good service took a little long to get my car worked on but I am happy my car is working very good now would go back there for any work that I need very happy
Went on line and made appointment for service on my 2014 Sonata. Never did get a confirmation so kept a photo of the appointment. Why am I constantly disappointed with systems in place to bring in new customers and assist all customers? Because, these businesses don't know how to use them. They are just window dressing for the business. Arrived on time, and guess what. No appointment on their schedule. Lost me as a customer before the first service call.
It was quite a drive for us to get out to Horne Hyundai but Lorie and Karl made it worth every mile! We left with a beautiful Santa Fe and met the nicest people along the way.
They treat their customers with high regard. Eric has been of great help. Still not figured out what's the problem with my car, but I appreciate all the feedback and customer care
I have my Tucson serviced here when needed. They provide good service and generally fast based on service being done. Reasonable pricing compared to other Hyundai locations.
They took care of my engine problem and fixed everything on my car right away! They let me know what they were doing before they did it and were very kind and helpful!
My wife and I were looking to buy a new car, after shopping a few dealerships in Mesa we began to think that a new car was out of our price range. I stopped in on my way home from work one day and met with Autumn. That was on a Monday, Friday we drove away in a new 2018 Hyundai Sonata which was well within our price range and beat out every other dealership we went to! Can't say enough about Autumn and Bill they are the best!
Eric and the whole service crew helped and were so kind. They made me aware of a recall for my vehicle and replaced it no questions or haggle. There main concern was me during it and making sure my car was up and running as fast as possible. Would recommend anytime.
We bought a 2014 Ford Focus from Horne Hyundai from a lovely sales woman. Twila Force did an awesome job on her first sale! She was so patient with us, showing & test driving different cars. Next time we are in the market for a car we will come back to Horne Hyundai. I would highly recommend her as a sales person if anyone is in the market for a new or used car.

They don't honor there warranty, disrespectful. Waste your time. And most importantly dishonest. Will never purchase from this dealership or hyundai again. A warranty is worth nothing if they don't honor it. Save yourself the time and shop elswhere. Eric was the service man u dealt with. Like previous reviews they treat you like an idiot.
I stopped in to look at a couple of cars just to see what you get for your money. I clearly stated that I was not going to buy a car anytime in the near future. However, they turned on the sales pitch and introduced me to the sales manager and everything else that is scripted in their playbook. With that being said, I would probably buy a Hyundai from them if I needed one.
Like any car dealership or repair/service establishment, I can't help feeling like they are trying to or are ripping me off. Enough said.
