I have a WRITTEN QUOTE that the dealership REFUSES to honor.the price they are asking is now $10,000 more than what they stated. They have done this on TWO vehicles! SHADY!

Worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The car salesman was a complete bully. If you are looking for a new car, you can do much better than here!

So glad we decided to try Horne Hyundai after going to another one in east valley. They offered me more than $3000 more for my trade in and thousands in incentives to get me at a comfortable financial spot. Our sales professional Joseph Akers was very attentive and had a great sense of humor. I felt very comfortable there and he let it be known that I was his priority.

Top notch customer service. Took my car in for a routine maintenance and they went through it with a fine tooth comb and fixed all of it. Best part was most of it was covered under the warranty. Thank you Horne Hyundai.

I went in to make a deal and even though there wasn't anybody there and not even any sells they wanted full price. Never going there anymore.

I was looking for a car and have bad credit and could not for the life of me get approved from anyone! I found horne Hyundai and gave them a call and spoke with jorge and explained my situation. By the end of the night i was approved for a vehicle that was within my price and down payment range. I went in the next day where the service was outstabding and i didnt feel like i was being pushed to do anything or felt uncomfortable. They were even able to swing me into a brand new vehicle but insurance was sky high so i stuck with the original car. Next i talked to karl to finish paperwork and he also was easygoing and that was also comfortable. This place was great and would recommend everyone looking to atleast see what they can do. Like i said i was at a dead end and was about to stop looking for a vehicle. Now im driving.

Friendliest dealer in the valley. All the people are nice in there but Lori was the best at helping us get our car. I would definitely go back to them for my next car.

We started and finished our car search at only one place, Horne Hyundai. We managed to arrive during a sales meeting so we had the run of the lot. We went in and we were aided by George. He was very helpful and it was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Service was horrible. Staff was rude and getting even the most basic questions answered and the the status of my refund took multiple calls. When I complained to the manager he tried to sell me a new vehicle. When I told him I was no interest he said if you don't like our service you can take your vehicle somewhere else

My father has owned 4 Hyundai's since 2006 and has had nothing but great luck with them and has only gotten rid of one to upgrade to a better newer one. I have been in the dealership with my father many time's in the past but Since we met Lorie Ceal we refuse to deal with anyone else! She is so friendly, Kind and nice that no one else comes CLOSE! A friendly dealership that makes you feel not only like an important customer but a member of a family. That is How Lorie make's us feel and that mean's a lot more to us then you will ever know! Thank you Hyundai for making us feel at ease buying our last new car from you and making it painless as well. WE LOVE YOU!

Went to get a key fob for my car. I had bought it used & didn't get a key fob with it. While I was waiting for it to be programed, they checked and found a recall that needed to be fixed. So I waited a little longer while they fixed it on the spot, saving me a return trip. Thanks guys

It was good up until I got my car back I found a cigarette on the floor of my car. My car smelled like cigarettes. I dont smoke cuz I'm allergic to it.

Every time I bring my vehicle here for a repair, it leaves with a new problem and of course they never have any idea what's going on or they don't know what you're talking about. The service people will treat you like you're an idiot, despite there being an obvious issue with the vehicle. You've been warned.

I was looking at buying a car from this dealership. I was dealing with the Sales Manager and Lorie Ceal, Public Relations Director. I was amazed by how friendly and informative both of them were. I have been to their Ford side for service and was also pleased with the service as well. I did not end up buying a car because I decided to go with a different brand that I personally liked better. But I would recommend that you visit this dealership if you are interested in a Hyundai.

They "replaced" my transmission and didn't even use the two part RTV. When I took it back, dude said, "We don't have two part RTV. If my transmission wasn't under warranty, I'd be doing this myself.

Sales person was great unfortunately our car was ready for a full day didn’t get delivered til 7: 30 pm at spending almost 3 hours at the dealership. Unfortunately first day driving car someone ran me off road scraping my new rims. It took Horne service two days to get back to us only to refer us out to someone instead of taking care of us. At this point probably not going back there.

Went into this dealership after being assured on the phone by Lorie that we could definitely make a deal within my budget so we made an appt. 2 hours before our scheduled time I received a call and message that she wouldn't make our appt and that I would be meeting with Russell. After finding a used car that met our needs I was informed by the sales manager that my situation would be better for a new car with rebates. So We found something that would work. They gave me numbers a little higher than I had proposed and I accepted them only to be told that those numbers weren't accurate and they would need even more money down and more money a month. How do you tell a customer one thing and then pull out of it when they accept it? So I called their bluff and they chose to let a customer walk away.

Jorge was awesome and super helpful! We were in a time crunch amd got out of the dealership within 2 hours with a brand new car! Got us the payment and deal we wanted. Best car buying experience!
