41 Came in on January 11,2018 to have my brakes checked. I was NEVER told I was going to be charged unless there was something WRONG with the pads or rotors. I had my brake calipers painted a year ago and they’re basically blaming me for the paint to be flaking off and getting into the pads and causing the squealing and the noises. I have been to multiple dealerships to have my brakes checked and never once have I been charged $50.00 to “look” at my brakes. I went to Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale a few months ago and I asked them if the paint on the calipers is causing the issue and they told me no but I go to this dealership and they tell me the paint is causing the issue. I want my money back and I will not be coming back to this location ever again.
2 weeks later, still no response from the “owner” funny how you guys couldn’t duplicate the sound but still voided my warranty.
Also went to Chapman Hyundai and had my drums resurfaced through my WARRANTY because it was my drums squeaking. 2 weeks later no noise y’all are an incredible business.
