Lenny's Burger, Glendale AZ

Good food! The hard thing about it today was I had to wait 30 minutes or so to receive the food I ordered. That was aggravating, so I hope that is resolved before I go back to that place

Talked to 2 different girls on the drive thru. Waited 20 mins for my food as the talked to each other, going back and forth, organizing receipts and 10 mins into it saw our bags of food just sitting there for the last 10 mins then go home to a messy burger and cold fries. I rather go the extra 15 to go to the I17 & glendale location.

Was picking up a doordash order and before I could finish my sentence the lady at the drive thru window cut me off. I didn’t even get to say the name of the person I was picking up for. Inappropriate behavior cutting a customer off mid sentence.

This a great stop for Burgers and Hot Dogs. Duel drive thrus and dine in. The service here is great. The food is cooked in front of you. Meduim priced and easy menu. I would download the menu though and know what u want. Fast paced place so have your order ready. They also have out door seating. I would like to see a little better safety covid protocols in place. However a definite place to go and extremely highly recommended. Lots of parking and well lit.

Loved the meat they use in the burgers and the cheese its true spirit sceems American to the heart!

Disgusting first off very rude I had questions and the lady was not happy to answer any of them then I pay for 3 ranches and they don’t give it to me then I asked for bacon on my burger and they don’t put it on so they give it to me in a container and tell me to put it on myself and then to top it all off I throw the entire burger out because it’s completely soggy and disgusting when I open it 5 min later. Wasted $25 never again!

Amazing hamburgers best in Arizona and their fries with the fries dipping sauce their ice cream is creamy and soft and smooth fantastic and prices cheaper than McDonald's and you get much

I can't believe the poor service from the cooks. Someone even split on a lady's shake. Will never come to Lenny's again

First time eating here and ordered a Mushroom Swiss Burger with Onion Rings. The bottom of my Mushroom burger was soaked with their garlic herb mayo making the bread and lettuce soggy. The onion rings were smashed together and when trying to eat one got a mouth full of grease. Very disappointing meal. I would NOT recommend this place.

Love the food for the most part.its 50/50 depending on what you order. BUT. Today we went and watched the employee take a tray and open the trash can door with it to dump the food, gather the other trays on top of the trash and then put them in the clean pile and never wiped any of them down. GROSS!

Hands down, the best non-gourmet burger in the valley. Consistent quality, amazing fries and burgers, banana shakes made with real bananas (!). Ask for extra ketchup if you order from Uber though.

I don't know who the assertive girl is at the counter but I'm pretty sure I'm in love. And I would do anything for her. May have been out of bacon and gave us way too many sauce when I thought there was only 4 but she is gonna move up in the world. And if your reading this. Money diamonds cars vacations anything you want as long as your with me.

Not a good idea for sunday dinner in a hurry, 99% of time love this place! Ordered 2 # 1's w chs and bcn no tom.neither had bacon they gave our $$ back ($3), both had tom and the biggest disapointment was the watered down 1000 island washed the entire burger to total blandness, but as usual great fries, great shakes and lil lenny was perfect as ordered. Be aware if there are no adults working when you go.

Awesome food, worth the wait for sure. Friendly courteous staff will be back for the garlic mushroom swiss again for sure

Got 2 of our 3 burgers completely wrong! Including putting cheese on one burger that was not supposed to have it and I'm lactose intolerant. They refused to fix or help!

Nice thick patties worth the price. Fry's are on point. Lots of other stuff you can choose from other than a burger. Great quality.

As always, Lenny and his burgers do a great job. I Enjoy many of their offerings, take a friend and enjoy a tasty burger!

This place is great I'm from Pittsburgh PA and we don't have nothing like this type of dinners. P.s the food was great and the staff was very friendly
