Lenny's Burger, Glendale AZ

I probably won't be back. It's a shame because I used to like this place. Everytime I come here now the price is higher than before. This last time I bought a large fry and it had shrunk a lot in size since the last time I was here. I also bought a soda and couldn't taste the Pepsi or Dr. Pepper. I just tasted the carbonation. I told the man and he said the machine is fine and brushed me off. They also charge you for sauces. I'll take my business to The Habit Burger. They treat you right and the food is better and cheaper. I'll also recommend The Habit as an alternative to anyone thinking about going here.

I have always heard my parents raving about this place so a few months back I decided hey why not try it out since I didn't want to cook that night. I made a mistake. I got a simple cheese burger and frys. And was stuck in the drive through for almost 45 minutes, and there was only 4 cars in frount of me! I had 2 cars behind me so I couldn't get out of the line. Cars behind those two behind knee kept leaving because the wait was so extreme. No one explained what the wait was about or if there was an issue, if they had just said "hey _ isn't working" or something I would have had more patience.
The burger was not bad but it was nothing to rave about either, a bit dry and was pretty much a frozen patty heated, which I had at home and could have cooked in less time by far. Frys were saltly enough, yay frys! All in all, some people seem to really love it but I will not be a repeat customer.
