Lenny's Burger reviews
42Short wait, hot, but worth the wait. Fresh juicy hamburgers and French fries or zucchini. Both sides are great. A dollar or two more than MacDonalds, but ten dollars better. You definitely get what you pay for, in this case. For a great change the Polish Sausage is superb.
Food is really good, however, the price has gone up significantly. The website still lists the old prices so I was quite surprised when I got there. I’m not sure if that much of an increase is worth it.
They have good burgers, the Mexican burger was a bomb, the price for the food was not bad, customer service was ok.
The wait is ridiculous, I that is was supposed to be fast food.over 20 minute wait.need a new cook that can cook faster
Good food. Nice Ambiance. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Inside seating is limited especially at peak times. I enjoy eating here.
Just went there to get a quick burger thinking it would be done some what fast but waited in line for 30min just to get our food and the fries where cold and so was the burger
Extremely slow serving times even when not busy. Whilst I was waiting a women came back three times because her order was wrong again and again, apparently the staff don't check what is in the bag so be careful!
Sundaes are handed to you overflowing and spill everywhere making the table sticky, and they don't even clean it after you leave.
The cashiers are slow and rude, and they surely don't look like they are enjoying the work environment.
I would avoid eating here, in and out has much better burgers
The service is very good, as is the food, along with excellent milkshakes, however they have become rather pricey.
Extremely long wait times in the drive through. Last time I went, I waited nearly 30 minutes just to get my debit card back, and another 20 to get my food. And as for the food; they forgot my sauces, and one burger was overcooked and dry, felt like a hockey puck; while the other was cold and the chese wasn't melted (they probably put it on at the literal last second). Fries were good. But the large fries I ordered wasn't even filled all the way, so I got a small for the price of a large. Kinda over priced for what I got, but I'm willing to try again, hope my next experience is WAY better next time.
Lenny's burgers a place close to home with great food and different types of food selections. The building its self is pretty awesome but a little small so bringing a big family could be hard. The place is always busy good signs of traffic coming in and out at all times. Now biggest thing I notice is, if you're going drive thru it can take a very long time. I've done it a few times my self but it always seems to take very long where it almost seems like they have forgotten about you. So personally I recommend just to walk in.
The long time staff know me as a regular. Some of the newer staff have inconsistent product and pricing but it's certainly not stopping me from returning.
Edit 3/23/18
Went to order a 24 oz chocolate malt but they were out of chocolate ice cream, changed my order to a mint chip shake, guy tells me they are out of chocolate chips. I ask him if they can put them m&m's in instead, he says sure and I tell him do not make it a malt. He says my total is 3.47, but I figured he said 2.47 because during happy hour the drink with tax should be about that. Get to the window, guy tells me it is 3.47, and I ask him how he got that and he charged me for an add in for the m&m's without explaining that prior. After explaining to him that he should either give the substitute free or explain that it will cost extra, I paid for the shake and drove away. When I get home and start to drink it, I realize there is no mint in the shake, it has malt, and there are barely any m&m pieces in it. So I paid a dollar extra for the opposite of what I wanted. I'd have returned it for a refund but I wasn't sure I would have been entirely civil to the kid had I gone back.
I've worked fast food, this isn't how business should be done.
I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes now. Only one car ahead of me has gotten their food. I hope ya’ll are having a blast in there since there aren’t any actual cars in the parking lot.
The food took 30 mins to get (1 single burger and 1 double) and then when we did get the food the burgers were unseasoned and the bread was soggy at the bottom and I had about a pound of lettuce on my sandwich and what seemed to be a half of tomato the ONLY items that were good was the fries. By far this is the WORST LENNYS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!
Lenny's Burgers is Beast hands down double green chile cheeseburger add bacon fries and a drink would be my recommendation
Waste of my money smh I ordered at 651 and I didn't get my order until 712 when I asked why the guy told me because they been busy and ran out of patties. Smh I should of got a refund the. Came home and disappointed the number 1 taste like they microwaved the party smfh never again 26$ down the drain I'LL SHOULD OF STUCK TO WHATABURGER
Place was small.it was an hour before closing (9pm they close at 10pm) and still my wife and I got a vibe from the staff like we came in 5mins till close and they were forced to serve us.i ordered about 30$ in food the only thing hot and fresh was one out or the two orders of fries.hotdogs were cold if not for the chilli my western burger looked like it was ordered by someone else and they just gave it to me.meat onion rings and even "melted cheese" was cold much better on Central and Thomas.never disappoints. I will not be going to this location again
The location on 35th and Thunderbird is far better location on customer service and food quality. This place does have a drive thru but other than that I recommend the Thunderbird location
Normally love Lenny's but tonight they gave my food away to someone else. I paid $40 for it and they didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. When we got home we found out they got my sons burger wrong and my mushroom melt didn't look appetizing at all. We don't eat out very often so my disappointment is up there.
Visited tonight at 7: 45 PM. It was mildly busy. 2 cars in each side of the drive through, only a couple people inside. I pulled into the west drive through lane. The automated speaker says someone will take my order in a moment. I sit there for several minutes watching the car in front pay and get their food. Then the next car pays and greets their food. No one has responded to me to take my order. After waiting for over 5 minutes, I'm about to drive away and someone finally takes my order. Along with my order I ask for a cinnamon shake, something I order here quite frequently. The young lady tries to tell me that's a seasonal item and then tells me they haven't received any shipment of the spices when I challenged her. I pulled forward to the window to get my order and have to wait several more minutes. Inside I see an gentleman counting one of the registers. He seems to be having trouble. At some point a lady gives him some help. I can't help but notice she is wearing sweat pants. Hardly what I would call appropriate or professional work attire for a public facing business, but hey if that's your dress code.finally I get my food and leave. In total I was sitting in the drive through for over 15 minutes. When I got home I found the fries were only mildly warm, the burger was just ok. I generally like the food here but I'm reluctant to return because the service is so inconsistent. Not sure when or if I'll brave another visit
If I could give this place 0 stars out of zero Stars I would, I walked into the place never been to a Lenny's Burgers before and I ask what's really good and the girl said here's a menu it says everything that's on it and walked away and said let me know when you're ready. I guess young people just don't know what customer service is anymore. First time coming last time I'll be here.
