44AWFUL! Orlando, Florida's branch Progress Residential are slum landlords. They do not handle repairs responsibly, leaving residents horrified by their messy property. They have an HOA violation and bad code enforcement inspection from the city. I only did one star because I couldn't do zero.
Worst company to ever deal with. Every year the ac stops working at the worst possible time. Then when we call to get it fixed they want us to wait days and days for somebody to come out.then we get told they can only come in the middle of the day. Absolutely unrealistic. House is sitting at 90 degrees and rising. 4 kids. Do they care? Nope. Not their home, not their concern. Happens every single year too.
Just hearing how terrible this company is, I will not rent any homes managed by Progress. This is scary!
They keep the bills in their name and you're at the mercy of their run around. Customer service employees express concern and are nice, however the higher ups who actually make the decisions are cold and very unhelpful. Will never rent from them again and will be getting out of this lease asap.
