Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical is fantastic. Incredibly professional. We had a long list of odds and ends that needed to be done and they took care of it all.

These folks have fully replaced our entire central air system and water heater. We continue to have them maintain it all. Excellent work, wonderful people and they even remind me when maintenance is due!

We've used Ideal for a few plumbing jobs in the past and we have been very happy with the quality of work and our interactions with everyone at the company. So when my mom's AC went out we decided to call them. They went out of their way to fit us in. I don't trust other companies with my mom, I'm always worried they will take advantage of her and try and up-sell, or over charge. I don't have that concern with Ideal. They fixed her AC and treated her with respect.thanks!

Highly recommend the teams at Ideal. We've used them over the years for general plumbing needs, water heater replacement, faucet repairs, etc and were always impressed with the quality of their work. This led us to seek them out for our HVAC replacement. They did an amazing job, and while their quote wasn't the cheapest, it also wasn't the most expensive. They provided an A+ service and were pleasant and professional to deal with every step of the way - Big thanks to Cheryl, Dan, Phil and all those behind the scenes.

This is the second & third times we have worked with Ideal on house projects. The first time was installing central AC & heat, and that went so well that we thought of Ideal when we had our next major house project - rewiring the electrical. Coincidentally we had a plumbing leak at the same time and decided to hire them to fix the leak. All experiences have been excellent from start to finish. Ideal is extremely professional on every level! Ricci in their office helped us so much with scheduling, answering questions, and keeping us updated through her communication. Mac (electrician) and Aaron (plumber) were always on-time, highly communicative, respectful of our house, and efficient. We appreciate Ideal so much and trust them with our biggest house projects!

Hunter, the service expert, quickly identified and fixed a gas leak. Service was very prompt and friendly. Not inexpensive, but I do not take chances with gas.

My furnace went out yesterday. Brian the tech was awesome! He cleaned it out and fixed everything from the beginning, step by step. He worked so fast it only took an hour. He was on time, courteous and very social! We’re both from Massachusetts! Thanks Brian! I would highly recommend Ideal and have become a loyal customer!

Last night our heater died, and this morning, also cold, we were anxious to get it fixed. By good luck we were referred to Ideal Plumbing, a company which serviced our brand of gas-fired heater. A competent technician, Jose Gomez, arrived at our door in less than an hour. He was quick, thorough, and cheerful as he went through his analysis and repairs. And the cost of the labor and materials was reasonable. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Our technician Lars knew exactly what was wrong with our furnace in a short amount of time. Experience is key and Ideal has a very knowledgable staff.

My Technian arrived on time, and introduced himself as Aaron. I explained my problem, Aaron asked some questions, and looked over my system. He then explained what the issue was and what was needed to repair it. He then explained how my poorly functioning water softener was impacting the pipes in my home. He gave me a lot of information to help me make some decisions on what to do. Over all, I was very pleased with his service!

Absolutely AWESOME! If you are looking for a licensed Electrician he is the man. He is honest and knowledgeable. He arrived in a timely manner, and he fixed all of our issues. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.

They are local, the technician was professional and knowledgeable, put move. I would definitely call them again for my n up a ceiling fan support and always got my input before his next electrical need. Only thing I didn't like was their coupon deal.it was weird. Kind of an enticement instead of a coupon but there work was top notch.
