Ideal Plumbing Heating Air Electrical

I had an appointment for a 1-3pm visit, they called at 12: 45pm and were there by 1pm. They did good, clean work. They explained everything really well and weren't pushy when I said I'd wait to have certain things fixed. Howard was our service guy and he was great!

Repairman arrived at the start of the appt window. He resolved the drainage problem quickly and effectvely and cleaned up after very well.

Everything was IDEAL! Many kudos to Sheryl in the office for fast and efficient scheduling, as well as Matthew the technician for being polite courteous and efficient in repairing my neighbors and my air-conditioning systems from mouse damage.

I’ve always been satisfied with the service and cost of ideal plumbing. Joel is professional, courteous, and skilled.

As always Ideal and their staff have provided us with excellent service! I have made mistakes by using other companies, never again, it will always be Ideal for any plumbing, heating, A/C and electrical service. Thank you again!

On time and on budget. Gabriel did excellent work with no leaks installing the new kitchen sink faucet.

It took very little time to schedule our appointment and Howard arrived right on time. He fixed both problems quickly and efficiently. He carried all the parts on the truck, so there were no delays. We have used them several times before and they have always been great.

My clogged drain was addressed efficiently once the plumber arrived. He arrived acceptably close to the agreed-upon start time.

I began using Ideal Plumbing about 5 years ago and haven't even considered using anyone else since. Professional, courteous, respectful, and high quality workmanship. Plumbing service is definitely not something you want to shop around to get a low bid. You get what you pay for.

We love having Dustin help us with our plumbing needs and we know when we see him walk up the driveway, we don't need to worry about anything! Thorough, skilled and VERY HONEST - I feel like he is taking care of us like he would his parents. Just called Ideal a couple of hours ago and the job is done already! Love Ideal Plumbing!

Pete Gonzales, who specializes in plumbing, helped install a protective cage for the backflow preventer in front of the property I'm helping out with. Pete did excellent work. I've found him to be very knowledgeable and patient in answering plumbing questions and providing information on any plumbing concerns a client may have.a solid pro who certainly represents Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical well!

They were excellent. They arrived right on time or early on both visits. They found the problem and repaired the line efficiently. The cost was reasonable. They were extremely personable and polite. I would use them again without hesitation.

We had a leak with our toilet and called ideal plumbing. Robbie was worried that our older tiles might crack while repairing the pipes. He was not only able to salvage the tiles but fix our leaking toilet. He was very professional and always communicated exactly what was happening through the few visits. I would reccomend ideal and specifically Robbie for any of your plumbing needs.

DO NOT USE IDEA PLUMBING! I am a Veteran Widow! I am also paralyzed and home bound. I called Idea Plumbing because my air conditioner was not cooling. Needless to say the tech.was out 3 times for the same problem and I was charged all times. I finally called Anderson Plumbing they charged me $79.00 and fixed my AC and they Gurantee work. If my AC stops cooling they will come out and fix AT NO CHARGE. CALL AROUND BUT SAVE YOURSELF STRESS DON'T CALL IDEA PLUMBING.

Charles you are so right! I too was never given an estimate on repairs. Tech came out said he fixed AC and charged me $162.00 for a 45 minute job

I got a house in Allied Gardens and had some minor issues with the kitchen sink. Ideal came out right on time and we're very professional. They fixed everything very quickly. Dustin and Randy did a great job.

We have used Ideal Plumbing several times now, and have always been impressed with the quality of their service, and the knowledge and courtesy of their employees. Just last week we had a no-hot-water issue, caused by some other plumbers working on our bathroom remodel. Ideal had someone out to check it out within just a couple of hours. As usual, their service representatives were courteous and thorough, and we were back in business in no time. I totally recommend them!

Ideal Plumbing is a great company. I have been doing business with them since 1956. They are always prompt, professional and efficient.

They called us and booked a "check up" that was complimentary previously. They never once mentioned there was a cost this time and then side swiped us with a $121 bill to change the air filter with our own filter that we purchased and check the charge on the unit.

Edited because they did not charge after I called the office. The first is free and then they enforce a service contract if you signed one. I did not sign it and they called and came out anyways. Still 2 stars for not mentioning the charge and trying to execute a contract I never signed.

I served over 38 years in the Navy and so I have lived in places all over the world. In each of these locations, when I lived in civilian housing, I have used a number of plumbing and heating companies. Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electrical is, without a doubt, the best of any of these companies. Their services are reasonably priced, they are responsive to my requests, and their technicians are always courteous, on time, competent and complete all services in a timely, professional manner. I would not use anyone else.
