Every time I visit Orange Coast Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler I’m always glad I did! Great team of helpful friendly staff and they are always fair in regards to pricing for service and sales. A well run outfit from the top on down and it shows every day!

I Purchases a Vehicle with a gentleman named Bill and his customer service was excellent, even to this day he answers my calls if I need help with anything related to my vehicle.

Update 8/31/2018
I emailed OC Auto on 8/27/2018 and received no response from them. Really doesn’t seem like their customer service is any different than what I originally went through with them. I stand by my post and recommend you avoid this dealership for service.

I originally brought my truck in for a full flash of all the modules and specifically told the service writer and the tech that called I wanted everything updated and flashed. I was having issues with my fan blower and when I picked my truck up I was told only the power control module was updated and flashed. When I asked why wasn’t everything flashed as I asked and was written in the order I was told that was all I needed. The flash did not solve my problem and when I returned I was told they could flash everything but it wasn’t necessary because only the pcm controller the blower. I told the service writer to again update and flash everything and was told “That’s a lot more work” and that I would be charged again. When I asked if that was why they didn’t do it in the first place I felt like I was treated dismissively and I was not given an answer. I asked for some consideration because the service was not done as I asked and the service writer was kind enough to only charge me 2/3 the price of the original price. The flash did work and I now have a working truck but a total disregard for the service writer and dealership. I would recommend going to another dealer and avoiding Orange Coast for service.

Kenny Smirz and Ahed Karmach the two sales managers are amazing. They provide exceptional customer service and made the process so easy and wonderful! This is my fourth car from Orange Coast and I won’t buy anywhere else! Jose the salesperson was so nice and professional and Bebe the finance manager made my paperwork easy. Come to orange coast and see Any of the staff here. They’re phenomenal. Thank you Jon Gray (the owner) for creating such a great culture at Orange Coast.

I took 2017 Challenger for a recall it was done in a timely manner great service guy. I was given a free car wash but it seems it was done at a drive thru car wash. I was not satisfied. The car still had water all over wasnt dried poperly, dirty rims tires. I would of paid to have the car washed and wax if it was offered at Orange Coast. I would paid for carpet to be vacuumed. Lastly the guy that drove my car once it serviced drove the car like it was his down the alley like he was racing. He handed me keys and didnt say thanks or anything.

To take your car there to get repaired you must check it over very well cuz you might not get it back the way you took it in trust me on that it's happened to me four times already and I hate to say that cuz I know a couple of the workers there and I put a lot of money into my vehicles and they call me and tell me it's ready and they checked out my car personally and when I got there I literally had to walk back in and get a loan and leave my car for another month or two.

Each time I bring my vehicle in for service, they are very helpful with any inquiries I've had. Always extremely quick with the return of my jeep!

I recently purchased a Grand Cherokee and got a notification that I had a recall to address. I made an appointment online and came in. I spoke with Kelsey and she helped me get everything handled. She gave me an accurate timeline and was actually out of there before it was promised. That's how to win at the customer service game! The waiting room was nice and had a coffee bar with multiple selections. They also have TVs in there where my husband and I could catch up on the newest episode of fear factor. All in all. This was a very pleasant experience and will be going back.

Always a great experience here, particularly when Lonna Love is the service representative. Clear, concise communication and thoughtful advice are often a premium, but not with Lonna.

Horrible service and horrible dealership. Not saying dodge is a bad company, but i would suggest buying your vehicle from another dealership where there are honest employees. My truck is a lemon and if you dont want a lemon then dont buy from orange coast chrysler jeep dodge.

Everyone was super helpful from the moment I walked onto the lot. I met with Faris who worked out an amazing deal for me. Nick was so incredibly helpful and even helped me set up features on my new/used vehicle. Im definitely recommending them to friends and family.

Love my new car! Cole was super helpfully and took the time to focus his attention on me while buying my first car. He never pressured me to buy or made me feel rushed during the process. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!
