I had a very good experience leasing my 2019 Cherokee. Chris Ramsey was great. I emailed him the vehicle options I wanted and he quickly emailed me the window sticker of a vehicle he had in stock and gave me a quote on a 24 and 36 month lease. I chose 24 and he was able to get me financed and had the vehicle ready to go when I showed up at Orange Coast Jeep last weekend. I met with the finance guy Mike who quickly went over all of the paperwork. I drop be my new Jeep off the lot within 90 minutes from my arrival. There was never any pressure to up sell me and this was a very positive experience. I received follow up emails from Chris and the dealer to make sure everything was good which it was. I would recommend Orange Coast to anyone looking for a good deal and a pleasant experience in purchasing/leasing a vehicle.

Paul Gordon was an excellent service rep. He greeted me with courtesy and professionalism. Areanged a car to enable me to return to work, called me later in the afternoon after the diagnosis was complete, and informed me on the time line as to when I could get my vehicle back. It went smooth and efficient. I will definitely return again.
