As a 20+ year customer, I have never been disappointed at Orange Coast Dodge. Good service always and friendly people.

I have a Dodge truck with a lifetime powertrain warranty. Under the terms of the warranty I have to have inspection every 5 years. Orange Coast did the inspection and fixed one problem that was covered under the warranty.
They also quoted another $1,300 worth a work that needed to be done. Struts, shocks, and tie rods. When I took it to another mechanic he found no problems with those items. It was also time to have all four brakes done. The mechanic did that for $300 less than what Orange Coast quoted me.
They have also discontinued a courtesy shuttle and will pay for Uber one way. I didn't find out it was one way until it was time to go to pick up my truck. She did comp me the ride back since she hadn't told me.
I had made an appointment to take my truck in that day for the inspection at 7: 00 am. They kept the truck and additional two days because they didn't get to it in time and then replaced a leaking seal the following day. They did give me a loaner for that time.

Lonna Love is a very good Service Representative. I have been going to her for years. Trevor is an excellent diesel technician on Cummins turbodiesel engines. I bought the RAM 2500 new at Orange Coast Dodge and I have always had the truck serviced there. Jeff Peters runs a honest and great service department. I will always go there for my service needs. RAM Cummins turbodiesel trucks are highly dependable. Just stay on the regular service schedule and the truck will be faithful to you. Don't use Biodiesel fuel from Mobil or Chevron. ONLY LOW SULFUR DIESEL. THE GREE STICKER ON THE PUMP LIKE AT SHELL. BROWN STICKER ON THE PUMP IS BIODIESEL. IT WILL GUM UP THE ENGINE. THANKS. BOB WEBER

Not happy with the service I received here. I have been here twice. The first time I went for a scheduled oil change and everything seemed ok until I noticed my tire caps were missing on one side. The second time I went for an oil change I mentioned that the first time I was here they never put my tire caps back on and if they could replace them. I was told " no problem. " After my service I checked the tires and all four tires are missing caps. I mentioned it again and they said someone was going to show up and take my car back to pull them off another car. I waited and waited no one showed up. In the scope of things not a big deal but for a dealership to lack in detail makes you wonder what goes on under the hood of your vehicle. On top of it all they said I need a new cabin filter.funny how I recently replaced it myself pervious to the oil change. I will be traveling to another dodge dealership to where I have received good honest service before.

We were on vacation and needed to take our car in for service. Despite their full schedule, they worked us in that morning! Amazing customer service!

Our sales man was Tyler Woods, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. Tyler went out of his way to get my wife the exactly what she wanted. Labor Day weekend was Super busy and Tyler managed to get us a great rate and the best deal possible. I will recommend him to all my friends, family and co-workers.

What's the point of making an appointment on the web if you need to make a line to get your car serviced.

Twice I have tried buying cars here and while I just try to ask for a price discount, they become rude, sarcastic and unpleasant. I can't believe this place has a good review.

At first didn't get to much attention, but they were busy so I understood, they have an excellent staff and have really great deals the person who helped me was very friendly and now how ti get you hook on a brand new vehicle. I purchased my first car from her and couldn't have gone any better. So from now on I'm most likely going to recommend Orange Coast to come an get your brand ne car because it just a great experience.

Service is always top notch. They are honest and get back to you away about anything they see that needs to be done. They always check warranties and go from there.

Failed miserably at trying to even make a appointment for first service, SAD! And we service 5 of our vehicles here. Things are going Down Hill For Some Reason Here Lately.
