I recommend this urgent care all of the people were nice. It's a very clean place. And they are very efficient. And they ask you all the questions of what is wrong with you. They also explain very well what is it you need to do for the care of your problem. ️

The PA that assisted me was very attentive and knowledgeable. The treatment that she suggested for my rash from a spa is working. Unfortunately, the facility needs to be updated, as it was pretty outdated with dirty carpet.

They were great and did all the testing my son needed. But it took a little longer then we anticipated especially with an impatient teen. But most medical appointments take long. Thanks again for helping us!

I called beforehand to see if they can see me for my issue. The guy was pleasant he told me yes to go ahead and come in. The reason I didn't select 5 is because I wished he told me I could check in before coming. I waited 3 hours to be seen.when I arrived the girl up front was pleasant she told me to scan the QR code to check in and complete the paperwork. I did however I didn't receive the link for the paperwork. She sent it to me I completed it and downloaded their app. It was nice to see where I was in the line. I had 4 appointments ahead of me and 1 walk in ahead of me. This was not my first time coming to this urgent care but the 1st time I was a patient. Each time the staff are always kind and sympathetic. Even sitting in the waiting room washing people come in and out and complain about the wait they treat everyone the same. Once I was called and my vitals were taken I didn't wait long for the PA to come and exam me. Maybe 5 mins. He sent my prescription to the pharmacy right away. When I got to the pharmacy they said it was ready (20mins from urgent care).

Visited this urgent care on the evening of Feb 8th. When I walked in there was two patients waiting and possibly another 2 in cars outside. I checked in quickly and was told the wait would be an hour. After 2 hours of waiting I was brought back for initial triage. After triage I waited another hour and ten minutes before I just decided to leave without being seen. This place is poorly run, have no respect for the individual. I don't recommend it to anyone.

My experience here was bad from start to finish, staff were rude and lacked compassion. I came out of my visit confused with the information provided. I came across a young short lady with curly hair, I believe her name was anae on my way out. She was the only person who actually explained the information on the paperwork I was given. She did tell me that she was new and in training, but she was still willing to help me understand the information to best of her ability. I am so glad that they are hiring people like her that actually care about patient care and have compassion.

Poor service for new clients. If you come in here make sure to state that your pain level is high otherwise you get put on the back burner and wait 1.5-2 hrs

It was such a bad experience I have half a mind to never visit ANY urgent care ever again!
When I arrived I could hardly walk but l somehow managed to make it to the front desk where a man handed me the paperwork I needed to fill out. After filling it out I dragged myself to the bathroom, and got a call from the front desk that I was embarrassed to pick up because I was still in the bathroom. After I excited the bathroom the lady at the front desk motioned me over, told me that I needed to pay my consultation fee, and reprimanded me for not picking up the phone when they called me. Then she proceeded to ask sarcastically if i would be "picking up in the future", at which point I began to get annoyed because she made that remark knowing that I had been in the bathroom (when she motioned me over she had just seen me walk out of the bathroom).

When she told me my copay was $25 I was relieved because I had enough money to cover my visit (all I had at the time was one hundred dollar bill). However, shortly after, my relief turned into embarrassment when I handed over my money and she made a face of annoyance. Apparently it was an inconvenience for her to have to make change for the $100 bill I had given her, and she was going to make me aware of how much of a nuisance I was being by making facial gestures the entire time she searched for change. It felt awkward to stand there waiting while she was so bothered, but it was made worse by the fact that the worker sitting next to her noticed she was taking long and asked why she was struggling so much to hand out change. After she explained she needed change to break a hundred he started criizisizing her for accepting the bill in the first place. I stood there not knowing what to do while experiencing shame because they were discussing right in front of me how they shouldnt have taken my money. I wanted to leave and go ask a nearby relative if he would spot me the $25, but after I suggested it the woman told me "No. I already have your change" and rolled her eyes at me. NEVER GOING BACK

Waiting for three hours and it wasn't even busy. It's kinda like been on the emergency room in a hospital.

I just think the entire community would appreciate you guys answering phone calls instead of having an autonomous answering machine that doesn’t help much at all.

My family and I have been seen here multiple times in the past 4 years. The staff front desk and back office and providers have been nothing but patient and caring towards my family and they listen to our needs. They respect our privacy. I know wait times can be lengthy but they are great compared to the e.r. We will definitely be returning when we need to!

Went in with a broken dislocated finger. Very knowledgeable staff! Relocated the finger and put it in a splint. Several follow up appointments with x-rays to determine the progress and different splints. Healed up very nicely with full range of motion. Good job!

I have never had any issues with this Urgent Care all the doctors have been great until my experience yesterday. This doctor was condescending, lacked empathy, NOT knowledgeable, failed to listen with care and kindness.awful experience. I WILL AVOID HIM. CRAIG JANCAY. VERY DISAPPOINTING! ALL THE OTHER DOCTORS AND PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS THERE A FABULOUS.

I was waiting really sick in line for 1,5 hours until the lady at the front desk found out that they don’t get my insurance. So good luck guys

The worst! Took my insurance and copay, spent over an hour as only person waiting while the gissiped amount themselves, laughing and having a great time while ignoring me. Nurse spent 1 minute with me the doctor glanced at my leg and told me they couldn't help, go to er. I called ahead to ask which to go to.what a scam! Also, their dismissive and bored additude was insulting and infuriating. NEVER go here if you're in pain and need a good doctor!

They probably owe everybody money! My insurance has no deductable and they always take one. I just pay to get seen knowing I don't have to. So they take my 25$ eachtime and the insurance company pays them out. Months later I find out they double dip. They take my deductible and get overpayed. Long story short they owe me money. Called said mailing check's nothing. Called 2 week's later and they acted like they never heard from me. They steal and are scammers period.

PAUL- who is a clerk in the Legal Medical Records Department is easily the rudest person I've ever spoken to on the phone. I was placed on a lengthy hold only to be passed down the phone lines to his direct line. I politely asked him if I could send him a request for medical records. He asked to step away from the phone where he carried on a conversation with a coworker for about 5 minutes before getting back to me which I heard the entire time. He then chose to berate me about how he doesn't like law offices "fishing" for records, when I had been instructed by the client that this was a facility they had visited. I asked him to please stop speaking to me rudely and I said I could send in a formal request with an authorized and (very legal) release from the client and he said he doesn't want to have to waste his time looking for this client just to have to tell me that they do not exist in their records. Incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and if anything LAZY. You work in the medical records department and your job is to quite literally search and keep track of records. If you didn't want to do that, and you didn't want to deal with law firms then maybe you shouldn't be working in that specific department or anywhere in a customer service facility because your manner of talking to someone who is just trying to do their own job is completely uncalled for.
