Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care

They were able to see me and my daughter super fast! They also found a mild issue for something we didn’t go in for. So glad they were thorough.

Absolute joke! What is the point of urgent care if they don’t want to help you and only want to send you to ER? ! I have an abscessed tooth swollen and in pain and couldn’t get any pain help or management until my emergency appt. The next day! Not everyone is an addict! And some people need help! Go to ER like what are they gonna do besides collect my 100$ copay ans tell me I need pain meds! Great job!

I was waiting for 3 hours and 30 minutes I didn’t met the doctor this is not good service I haven’t passion I couldn’t wait any moor I left and I didn’t see the doctor. I don’t want to come back here.

I had a very positive experience. They treated my daughter immediately and triage her wound until the doctor could see her for stitches. They kept her comforted and her mind off of what they were doing. Overall, it was a positive experience and professional staff. The only criticism was the wait, but that wasn't even that bad. A hospital ER would have been worse.

This place is a scam, they charged my credit card for tests they failed to complete. Very rude and angry. There are multiple Urgent Cares in the area of better caliber then this place.

It's so nice to have a 24 hr Urgent Care near by! Twice you've saved me from having to go to the ER.

Brought my daughter in at 9: 00pm due to pink eye. The staff was very nice and we were seen pretty quickly compared to ER wait times. We were outta of there by 10: 00pm. Would go back and recommend to anyone who needs to be seen after normal business hours.

This place is wonderful! All the employees there are sincere and amazing! It's a really nice urgent care! Having it open 24 hours, it made it convenient for me to go after work.

My first impression about this place. Not good, I walked in and the ladies in the front are rude. Also I have to wait long time for just a drug test. They should hired more people.

Waited almost an hour to see a PA this time, but as in my past experiences, the care was excellent. Thanks

And on top of that, aside from not being truthful about the wait, I was expected to suffer and then one of the clerk's threatened employer action.

I think my experience here was unreasonable and I will not be returning.

They are always very nice. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. There waiting room is never packed and always clean. I drive 45 minutes just to come to this one even though there is a few closer to my home.

Staff was nice on first visit, but they botched the diagnosis. Needed antibiotics but they called it simply viral. Were unwilling to correct their misdiagnosis and call in a perscription for antibiotics. They only care about the money.say they "can't call it in", because they need to "run more tests". Don't waste your time effort or money with them, find someone else that will get it right the first time.

Do not come here unless it is absolutely necessary, people are rude, skip patients, the waiting time is horrendous.

Worst place ever. We wait for 3 hours just to find out that they can't do anything to help. The student they send to exam my husband had to go and ask to the practitioner every time we ask a question. We did not talk to a real doctor. But they were ready to take our money before we were told they can not do anything to help. And they recomended a extra vaccine just in 'case.

I have great gratitude for the care I received yesterday. I came in with excruciating pain in my left arm. The kind nurse gave me a shot then went right in for xrays. The kindest Dr came in showed me Xrays and gave me info. The receptionist kindly set up physical therapy and appointment with orthopedic doctor. The level of care there and kind staff are exceptional and I thank them so much

Good experience overall. Just had to wait a lot longer than what the lady at the desk said. Other than that, the Doctor, a tall pretty blonde was very friendly and courteous. We really liked her bedside manners. I guess just work on telling people the truth about the wait. But great service. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

The guy that works nights named Philip is a tool and not helpful at all. Need more helpful knowledgeable staff.
