44The doctors and MA's are great. Especially the doctors, had such a good experience with them. I had to do My first blood test (at the age of 20) and I was super nervous about it but one of the doctors made it quick and painless.and The only complaint I have is that they are understaffed. I came in at 6 o'clock p.m. And didn't get seen till 9 and didn't leave till 10. Not their fault at all, they were working really hard. I just felt bad for them because I could tell that they were overwhelmed.
Terrible experience took my child to get seen. They had me wait for 1 1/2 hours and then tells me they no longer except my medical insurance. Horrible management and organization. Not even an apology. They should have checked it before they had me and my child wait for so long.
Went there Sunday night, only had to wait 20 minutes to see a doctor. Cyrus was my physician and he was awesome. They took x-rays and ran some test to see if I had pneumonia and I didn't.just the flu. I would definitely come here again.
My son's pediatrician was book for a week. My son had an ear infection and we couldn't wait that long for him to be seen. This urgent care got us in and out of the office really fast so we could get him some medicine. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I defiantly recommend this office for any age. If you wanna skip the line and wait this is the place to go.
