44I go to Washington DC every other weekend & usually try a new hotel every time. I cannot believe my first time booking with the Liason I would receive a charge for a one night stay of $182, after canceling two days prior to arrival. I would have just kept my reservation having known that. Piss poor communication & customer service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend!
The Front Desk agents were absolutely horrible. They were unorganized, rude, unhelpful, very very slow. They did not have a good grasp of their job at all. The only one who was absolutely spectacular was Guirlyne, but unfortunately, she is surrounded by incompetent front desk agents.
It was very pet friendly. The service was fantastic. Rooms were nice other than the bathrooms we're a little small. But overall would recommend.
A great place to stay that's so close too the major sights, even the outdoor bar area has a good view of Capitol Hill.
Recommend the Circulator (10 mins walk away) to see sights. Stops a few times to allow sightseeing on way round, all for one dollar a ride.
