Move in date 9/29/18

Invitation Homes rental rates are somewhat pricey, but if it means having an A+ Maintenance Team (Ramzi and Daniel) I'd pay the extra every month. They have made my move and experience top notch. Excellence. Very thankful.

Aaron has been amazing with addressing any issues that I have had with my house. Promt, polite, and thorough! Best maintenance guy I have seen in a long time.

Where do I start. Backed up plumbing, broken A/C, faulty pipes.the list is too long. And the property managers don’t exist. Just move on and find another place to live.

This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY to start a home with, I would give u guys a ZERO if I could, don’t even waste ur tome on these morons. Also the seller of my home Mike (in Tampa area) was the worst person to do business, seemed absolutely careless and was on his phone the whole time. This whole process has been a nightmare and I wish I never encountered this company. I am currently fighting to get my deposits in order.

We have been renting from invitation homes for 5 years. It's been great. When ever we needed maintenance they are on top of it. Aaron Courtney, the maintenance supervisor, has gone above and beyond. We appreciate everything he does. Wonderful person and employee.

I have nothing but a pleasant experience with theses people. I pay my rent, they leave me alone. I need something fixed, they come fix it. Simple, easy.

Been a resident for years. Don’t expect anything to get fixed in a reasonable amount of time. It took them six months to fix a shower. I’m currently moving on to week 3 of a broken dishwasher. It’s pathetic. They don’t answer the phone and the number of the website is actually wrong. Never expect a callback either. I have never received one despite leaving several messages. Also if you’re looking for Black Mold, I’m sure you can find some. We did!

Invitation homes is absolutely horrible. I could go on and on about our multiple negative experiences with them, but I'll sum it up: poor communication, lack of responsibility on their end, no timely responses, etc. Etc. Tenants end up being responsible for way more than they should be for how much they pay to live in these houses.

Very difficult and make you jump through hoops for everything just to keep you renting from them. Inept office staff that does not understand basic request and have no follow up

My ac went out saturday.this is Monday.this is florida.and i have 2 kids.and i found out that the vendor cancelled until tues after 2pm.im a current tenant and the way that they're handling this is just a circle jerk.nothing but sorry sir's.im soooo sorry to hear that.here let me transfer you to a answering machine so i dont have to deal with your issue.clown show 4 sure.

Such a hard time getting a hold of them. They never pick up the phone. I’ve been leaving multiple voicemails and emails and no response. Very unprofessional.

I would give zero stars if possible. Their customer service is a joke and they do not communicate well with their residents. It takes forever to get anything fixed when there is an issue. They were also responsible for trimming our trees per our lease agreement, but are refusing to do so. I would not recommend anyone rent from this company ever. Save yourself the headache.

Once again Invitation homes can put things on my door but not answer my 55 calls, last time their excuse was I called the wrong number but now I'm calling the number you sent on your recent paperwork. Would love an answer! Your loving renter at 11811 roselawn Avenue

We rented for 10 months and could not wait to get out.day 3 in the home the water heater flooded the garage and ruined our things.didnt send someone out for 2 days. One week into our rental and the air conditioner broke, ran and ran but didnt cool the house.called many times only to be told the were fixing it. 5 months later still electric bills over 350.00 and nothing done. Found out from the prior renters they had the same problem and response regarding the AC. What a scam

I have been trying to get in touch with someone about our living situation, which is unsuitable for my 19 month. It's been 3 weeks and no answer/call backs. This is absolutely ridiculous what we have been through. I don't understand how heartless this company is.
