BEWARE! MINUS ONE STAR! These scum will take a $90 application fee from multiple people for one house & then tell applicant that the rental is suddenly no longer available, BUT for another 90.00 they could apply for another rental.
My friends eventually found a rental through a conventional realtor and they are very happy.

I rented a home in the Tampa area for a little over year. I moved out April 25th and was mailed a statement to my new address saying that I was owed my full security deposit back plus a few days of prorated rent. It is now July 2nd and I have yet to receive a check. I have called and emailed multiple times without any response. I would not recommend renting from this company.

The absolute worst company to rent from. Besides the fact that they never answer the phone when you call, they are completely unwilling to help you with anything. And don't expect your deposit back because they will nickle and dime you to make sure you get nothing back. It was a horrible year with them, I'm so glad it's over!

RENTER BEWARE! We moved into a home, have had problems right off the bat! They were mostly fixed. No one answers or returns voicemails! No communication!

Currently living in this nightmare of a home. DO NOT sign a lease with this company. There is black mold in my home and they refuse to send someone out to remediate. They want someone to paint over it, or spray it with bleach (weeks later). You can never get ahold of the office or anyone important regardless of the issue.

Writing this review to see if someone will call me I’m currently renting from this company and have sent countless emails and left voicemails and still no communication back from their end

I’ve been waiting two months for my shower to get In working order. Someone came in to fix a leak, stripped my shower and never came back. I can not shower! I am tired of calling and getting told the same thing. Every time I call I am told that you are waiting for a quote from your vendor and that some one will call me soon. Never happens. It does not take two months to get a quote from your vendor. It is insane how far I have to go to hopefully find someone that can help me out.

Terrible. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Please reconsider before renting from them.

Communication with this office is absolutely horrible. Everyone I talked to on the phone was rude (especially one named Michael) and they only care about taking your money. Check their reviews on BBB and other sites before you rent.stories and ratings show just a fraction of what is wrong with this office. They need new management and new customer services representives ASAP. No wonder they change their name so much.
