46Exterior detailed missed spots, they didn’t wax inside the doors and their were water spots in the door jams. Wax swirls left in car on right side and marks On left front fender. The detailed could of taken more time fixing their mistakes versus rushing. Car was parked in the sun to hide flaws. Flaws are easier to see in the shade. The service advisor was new and could be trained better to look the car over before handing it off to the customer. Next time I will have to use a outside vendor in
When you have an appt for a simple oil change expect to be there a few hours. However, it was free with car purchase. I expected it would get done when they had time. There was no hard sell for additional services.
Loved the customer service I received from Jay he was very kind and pleasant to deal with. He took the extra mile into working with my schedule and meeting my needs of getting a newer vehicle. These scumbags send out scratch off mailers to you that make you think you've won thousands of dollars so that you come to their dealership. Too bad that when you show up there's no money. It's a bait and switch scam. Do you all really want to deal with a business that conducts such shady practices before you even walk in the door? Me neither.

Isabel was my Service Rep and I can't say enough about her. I had the extended warranty plan and she went out to make sure everything went smoothly. She updated frequently me as I waited for parts to arrive.
I've had many cars over the years and Isabel has been the best I've ever dealt with. The technician also did a subetb job on my car. I HIGHLY recommend the Service Dept at Lokey KIA

Great experience and great deal on a brand new Niro. They shipped in my color color choice overnight and made it happen. Salesman "Jay" was awesome and very informative. Ask for him when you arrive. Thanks Jay for making it a great experience.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jay was the best salesman we could have asked for. He walked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions. We are so pleased with our purchase and will recommend Jay and Lokey Kia to anyone we know looking for a new car.
I have been there twice and the customer service is absolutely horrible. All I asked for was a sheet that showed the break down of the cost and fees and I got attacked for it saying that that’s not how cars were negotiated. I didn’t want to negotiate, I just wanted to how much the car was. Not sure why the guy was insulted. I should be insulted because they’re not giving me an out the door price. What’s so hard about that?
From the time we got there, we were greeted with a smile. They really put the customer first. They know we all have busy lives. Dropped my vehicle off. It was done in less than an hour! This by far, was the best customer service experience.
This was my first visit to service since leasing my 2018 Kia Soul. My experience with my salesperson was sub par, so I didn't know what to expect from the service department. I was pleasantly surprised. Derek in service was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I was told how long the service would take, and even with a complimentary car wash, the time was spot on. A very positive experience.
