Both Ryan McMahan and Jason Gold were great service providers for helping me get a car. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. Jason was very instrumental in helping me make the decision and explaining the details to me, as well as helping me bring in my old car. Ryan was very friendly and helpful, and provided an Uber for me when I brought my old car so I could get home at a decent time.
I would shop at Lokey Kia again, and certainly with these two great sales people.

I had a problem with my spare tire in my optima. I spoke with Dan Campbell at Lokey and he took care of the issue within 30 minutes. This is my first Kia and my experience with sales and service has always been positive.

Made my appointment for an oil change and everything ran smoothly. Told them when I needed my car back and they came thru. Excellent service.

Don’t bother to make an appointment, they are useless. Had a 10: 30am appointment for an oil change and had to wait over an hour and a half until it was ready, would have been that long without an appointment too. On the plus side everyone I dealt with couldn’t be nicer even if they didn’t give my car the free car wash they offered me.

Very courteous and helpful. Was aware of all my concerns with my car since I was just coming back from a trip. The time frame for them to check car was a reasonable time.
I made an appointment and asked for courtesy ride and did not have to wait long.

Recalls on the 2017 were handled very well. Staff friendly and offered ride home and pickup service when car was finished.
