In and out in less than 30 minutes for a license renewal. Staff not the friendliest but for what I needed I’m not complaining

People are so lazy, and make u do, a infinity line just for a simple question, so wack and unprofessional people.

I had bad experience at this location.the behavior of the inside working people are so rude. Please don't visit that location.

Had an awesome experience. The staff is very friendly and polite. We will have three stations here. The first gives you the ticket. The ticket number is called by the automated machine so you move to second station number shown on the screen. You show your documents take a picture. Then head to the last station to pay the balance. And wait for your name to be called for your Miaaamii license

It is the most slow and inefficient office that exists in the state of
Florida.a very unpleasant bureaucracy.worse place to serve clients.the personal and the Supervisor lady of the place is a incapable and inefficient.bureaucracy of the most absurd. Shame of them

I was after lunch there yesterday, May 03,2018 accompanying a friend, and our experience was great, very well organized and the staff very friendly and willful, the process only took about 30 minutes, without lines or no more than 5 minutes waiting. I recommend this location!

I was there today to renew my driver license. Very happy and impressed with the customer service. In less than 40 minutes I was out. Very organized system. Congrats whoever is in charge!

I’m not sure why this location has such bad reviews!? ! I came to change my last name and had forgotten my passport and had to drive back to get it, which was not that exciting. I for sure thought I would be here allll day. Turns out I was in and out within an hour. Amazing staff and super quick service! I would totally recommend coming here.

Dealer went out of business and never registered title in my name. Resolved in 20 minutes. A few days later, I received the letter from Tallahassee giving clearance to change title. Quick efficient service!

I took my mother to turn in her Driver License for an ID card with a change of address. It was quick, orderly, efficient and everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was a much better experience than we expected!

They got my name and address wrong, even when I showed a pile of documents with these information.

Terrible place I got there a hour early didn't want to give me a ticket to get service. I hope they close this place. Terrible customer service.

Don't usually write reviews, but feel the need to as there are so many negative reviews and I don't know why! I'm so glad I read the recent reviews (which were positive) and decided to go here.

I've been to many DMV/SOS locations and have had extremely terrible experiences in the past. One thing that is inevitable - you WILL need to wait some time at any location. Don't expect an in-and-out 10 min stop.it's not realistic. It's a DMV for crying out loud. Now this location was busy HOWEVER they had a very effective system of getting every visitor in to complete what they needed in as little time as possible. There were 20+ stations of employees to assist with the visitors' needs. Additionally, they were suuuper friendly! I'm used to waiting 3+ hours before I finish my visit, and I spent only 1.5 hours at this location - keep in mind I came during the busiest hours (the last two hours)! And I didn't even schedule an appointment prior.

Point is, this is a great location! Ignore the old negative reviews and just go to this place:)

Very organize easy and plenty of staff they guide you since you enter the door at least for renewal very easy

This people supposed to close at 5pm and they didn't let me in at 4: 30pm they said there was too many people already inside

Excellent system! I had 28 people in front, I arrived at 7 am and was already leaving at 7: 45 with my renewed license, the workers have incredible patience and are very kind. Thanks!

I have had the worst experience ever. Disorganized, I had to come 2 different days to get my drivers license, bad customer service. I wouldn't recommend coming to the Mall of Americas Office if you can go somewhere else.

Please tell the people who work in this office to change their work hours and schedule in the map or any other place where they may appear because they don't allow the public to enter into the office after 4: 00 pm and some times earlier stating that they are full and can't receive/attend any other cases at that time.

I have very nice and positive experience, Very organized and fast process, the staff was courteous and helpful. This is the first time I have a positive experience in a driver license place (first time here) Good job.

Very bad service. Rude people working there. Don't waste your time in that office, go somewhere else.
