Waited almost an hour and a half to change my name. Everyone is very helpful and the place is organized. The waiting is because there is literally so many customers but the place is well run.

Very bad experience, everyone has bad face. The supervisor is very unhelpful. He ought to get fired.

This place is disorganized and waiting time 45 - 1 hour! They called my number I came to counter she said it was not my turn. I saw her my number she said she did not do beg registration 15 min later they called me I with Fl states.

My third time at this location, nothing has improved, Long line, long wait, poor customer service. Staffs prefers to chit chat and catching up with other staffs than helping customers or speed up the process. Plan to spend at least 80 minutes of your day at this location. Bring snacks and drinks. And make sure your phone is fully charge before you get here. You're welcome:)

This is ridiculous it takes the whole day to do a tiny thing here. Your whole day of work, lost, is awful. They need to figure out a way for people to be able to do more stuff online or something is ridiculous.
