I really appreciate the service that I got at Mavis tire the people were extremely nice very helpful explained everything got the job done under the time that they said it was going to be and got me in and out and I left as a very happy customer and my car is doing great thank you for your service.

When I went up there to get some new tires, the guys were really nice and Charles was very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot. Good people

After spending approximately 500 for brand new tires last month, the alignment is off. I can clearly see where the inner tread of my right front tire is already bald not to mention the way it feels going down the interstate. These guys are trying to tell me there is nothing wrong with the tire or how it fells driving down the road. I guess they think since I'm a single woman, I'd take their word for it. Save yourself a hassle and go somewhere else.

Avoid at all costs! I took my truck for a tire rotation. They used an impact wrench when they were putting the lug nuts back on. Cross threaded two wheels and over torqued the rest. The manager Donovan was completely unhelpful. I have had the other tire shop working on getting the wheels off for a day and a half. Corporate has not been much help either. This is the easiest thing they offer and they still messed it up bad. Never again.

It's ok shop. I did there balancing and alignment and they let you see what's the measurements. They will answer all your question. I wouldn't do something really simple over there

They stand behind their work and handled a small leak on a previously repaired tire. I've also purchased new tires with a good and convenient experience.

Caution. Told I was getting a $69 Alignment to match the special the service shop across the street was offering. Go to pay and they tell me it is +$100.00. What the heck. I asked why and he said taxes.he then said he would give me 10% off which is still not what we originally agreed to. Charged me $79 plus a bogus $9 “shop fee”. Stay away from this place. Too many other honest shops around Buford to choose from.

The NTB in Athens mounted two or my four tires backwards. The Buford NTB hooked me up, not making me drive back to Athens. Thanks guys.

Absolutely amazing service especially the manager Donovan Myers! He went above and beyond to help my family out of a sticky situation! He and his employee waited after hours for me to come from the mountains so I didn't have to worry about trying to tow a trailer on a bad tire the next dayto get home safely! Wish we could take him with us back to florida because he was amazingly helpful!

Donovan has excellent customer service took great care of us on one of our rigs we only run MICHELIN!

Service associates are rude yelling to customer when confuses. DO NOT TRY THIS STORE even check tire pressures

Great group of guys. Got a flat and they did nkt have the tire in stock. Explained my situation and they went and got one. That is customer service at its best.

Took my wife's Hyundai Sonata in for an oil change and program wheel alignment. The work was done within about 30 min while we waited. Very pleased.

Bought and installed 4 tires. Great service, they found me a "compare price" discount, ready at the time they said it would be. A great place, I would recommend this place to everyone.

Great experience, easy service and great staff. My husband and I came in because my lights were not working and they fixed it in no time. Definitely will be back, I appreciate their help! Such a great team I must say.

The guys at the Buford Hwy 20 NTB were absolutely fabulous at quickly patching our tire that we punctured running over construction debris on 20. They even gave us a quick lesson on how to release our spare tire when we told them that we couldn’t figure it out. Great service!
