Firestone Complete Auto Care reviews
45I purchased brand new tires (full set) 10 months ago. Today I sit in FS because my driver side tire was flat, after taking it to my local tire shop I was told I need a new valve. Something that takes 20 minutes to replace. So I made an appointment for 11am est. Two and a half hours later they final get to my car. This same location i was at just a week ago and was told I needed a left axel and carrier bearing. They claimed they couldn't fix and I would need to go to the dealership. So I have the car checked out by AAA repair shop and was told there is nothing wrong with my left axel
Never see anyone working on the cars. They used to fix tires like a nascar pit crew
Now you have to wait for an appointment
Worse service ever. Purchased tires from here and the service was good but when I took my car back for other services it was terrible. I was quoted 2 different prices for the same service by 2 different people. Also I had a whole new suspension system done and they only replaced 1 tires rod so 6 months later I was driving and my tire flew off. I had the car taken back there and the experience was horrible. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO RHIS STORE AGAIN
Called day before for an oil change and not a problem in the world to schedule. Easy breezy. Arrived at the time he told me and now not only was there no record of my call, a reservation nothing. Also now there was no ability to wait as it was “too busy” as they already had a full schedule.
I tried once to go local rather than my Hyundai dealer.
Lesson learned won’t make that mistake again.
I might of spent the day there by choice (Jeremy offered me a complimentary uber) but this is the only place I will ever take our car. This was our 2nd visit and they cared about me not as a customer but as a friend and wouldn't let my car go until the job was done right. It was well worth the day spent there because when I drove away, I felt like I was driving a brand new car! They absolutely go above and beyond to make sure "Maxine" was road worthy again and I was a happy customer. Thanks guys!
First off they're very fraudulent and deceptive in their practices basically they're very sneaking I got two rear tires 7 months ago they already need to be replaced I called back to see if they stand by they tires and I get the response that they weren't balanced you cannot be a tire company and don't do the basics the bare minimums you're better off going to a used tire place do not waste your money if you do you have been warned
Super slow. Actually told me that Jiffy Lube is much faster. For the price, you'd think you get something special, but the high price must be supplementing the employee break room. They also didn't post prices for most services which seemed odd for an auto service store. Then when it was time to actually get my car back, yep. Once again in the break room. My car outside, me waiting to pay, and everyone sitting around chatting.
Like this place it's my first time so I have a appointment on the weekend so I'll see if they keep up the good work
Had a 1pm appt to install 4 new tires. Told them I would wait when I made the appt. They took my pickup in at 2pm. Paid my $800 dollars. When I went to get in my truck saw all 4 tires had white grease all over the side walls. You couldn’t bother to take rag and wipe it off? !
Hope the tire installation wasn’t that sloppy.
Never again.
Well, I see they have a range of reviews - my experiences have all been 5 Stars. Tires, inspections, front end alignment. Which btw if you spend like $30.00 extra becomes a Front end alignment for life. Which I do once or twice a year now for free. Big difference in overall even tire ware and proper breaking (tracking straight on breaks).
I find the check-in staff are always polite and professional. A general piece of advice to any consumer getting any type of service - always be nice to them, always compliment them. Oh, I’m so glad you can help me today, I’ve been using you guys for a while now - anything is a big deal to the staff. Most people are a bit rude, demanding, complaining about one thing or another. Be nice, be patient, and be openly grateful during check-in. I do this everywhere I go. From getting a hoagie to mechanics and I always get 5 Star treatment.

People, just like you & me run everything, they have feelings and emotions, pride and ego - if you offend or don’t show proper respect you will get bad service, spit in your food and it will always take longer then normal.
Try it being nice and complementary then watch everything get better, bigger portions, faster service and grateful staff that remember you next time you come in with a big smile for you.
Chris was an extremely nice guy he took great care of my car and helped me out a lot. Might have actually found a repair shop I can trust. Will definitely bring my car back here when it has its next issue.
My husband and I were in an emergent situation. We were in Wynnewood, from South Jersey, and our car wouldn't start. We were towed there and was seen right away. They had the part in stock and was able to do the work in less than 2 hours. The only thing that really bothered us was the price. If we were able to get to our mechanic, it would have been half the price. We felt like because it was an emergency, they had us over a barrel.
I have been taking my cars to Firestone's Wynnewood branch for about 15 years. The service is always great; I always know how much time I am going to be spending there; THE waiting room and other amenities (bathroom, food machines) comfortable, convenient and clean. Best of all, dependable and more than just competent service to my car at a price I can afford, OR (using the convenient Firestone 6-month plan) payable over time with no fees.
Took 3 hours to get a flat tire fixed. I was a walk in but that was a long time for some thing that just needs to be patched.
Puzzled by the comments below! I had a great experience at the Firestone in Wynnewood this afternoon. Wynton was very nice and helpful. The wait was what one should expect when taking their car to be looked at.not sure why everyone is complaining! Price was super cheap for an oil change and they rotated my tires for free! Definitely recommend going to this Firestone and to disregard the comments below.
Horrible parking. Crappy prices. This place seems like a rip off. I was quoted 600 bucks for an oil and transmission fluid chage. I went elsewhere and was able to get it done for $192.64. Thats a huge difference and a big deal. I dont know why it was so expensive there but i would recommend going elsewhere for your automotive needs.
I went there twice for a PA inspection. The first time (5: 30pm) they told me it was too late, that it would take one and a half hrs to complete it. No appointment or any more info was offered that day. I went back the day after at 4: 30 pm and I was told it was too late again. If you don’t want to work, then just close the door. It is that simple.
Do not use their alignment and tire rotation service that comes with tire change. I took in my car thinking it was a good thing to get done once a year and they messed up the alignment. Had to get it fixed elsewhere.
This place has great service. So if you need your car or van worked on. This is the place to go.
Tried to tell me that there were many problems with my car and tried selling me stuff I didn’t need
