Firestone Complete Auto Care, Wynnewood PA

I'm a long-time customer, you're a little expensive, guarantee the work and get it done in a timely fashion. Update; Recently I bought tires at my go to tire store which is Costco. The manager came out to tell me that my lug nuts were tightened way beyond specs. I then asked what if any impact that could have. Answer: bad for rotors, brake disks etc. Guess where I've been going for free rotations, Firestone. Could it be coincidence that my brakes and rotors wear out quickly?

I have taken my Toyota Avalon several times for different issues. I have also bought tires from this location. I have NEVER had a problem. The staff is helpful & friendly. They take the time to explain what they are going to do. The prices are less expensive than taking my car to the Toyota dealer. My husband also takes his 4x4 for oil changes, tires & other issues. No problems.

Came here to get my oil changed. Made an appointment and they still took a long time. Oil changes shouldn't take more than 10 minutes, especially when you have an appointment.

Always given 4 hour or the next day for a wait time. Just ridiculous. They need to get more workers and space. Charging ppl over $500 of services every time they come in for service but have people waiting overnight or 6 hours in the store for their car to get serviced.

Did the work but didn't test it. Car drove worse with the same error codes. If I'm choosing to overpay for parts and labor I'd expect it to be professionally done.
