The most disappointing thing is that they do not keep an appointment time. I spent the day waiting for getting my car done.

I know Firestone is a chain, but I've used this shop in Wynnewood for all kinds of repairs and maintenance over many years and several cars, and it's really well-run. The mechanics do good work and the managers don't try too hard to upsell you on services you don't really need.

Came in for a diagnostic test. Service was straightforward and timely. I brought the car back for repairs (after initially declining servicing) and was very happy with overall service and fees. I couldn’t shout out the staff that helped in online survey but shoutout to Anton, Wynton and Cody for their help!

In my humble opinion this is one of the most reliable mechanic / care car shop around. Cannot say the same thing for other Firestone locations but this Ardmore FS has been my go to for years now. I have had all my vehicles serviced here at one point or another and they have not let me down. Manager Lavar is professional and friendly, Patrick is an experienced master technician. Wait time can be long but dependable work.

Make sure you keep the paperwork for your lifetime alignment. I purchased it, now they tell me i don't have it.

Even though I only required repair of a leaking tire, the staff were very accomodating, friendly and courteous. I don't recall his first name, but Mr White helped me and was a pleasure with whom to interact.

My experience will speak primarily to the really positive experience working with Rob. He was super patient and offered quality customer relationship management skills to make sure my car’s inspection and oil change services were done well and timely. He provided options, details and all with an earnest politeness.

I use them for all tires & all other maintenance not done at the dealer. Friendly and competent.

This my 10th year with firestone. Great customer service will not take my truck any place else.

I will never use them again. I arrived on a Wednesday to the shop, they did not have enough staff so I setup an appointment on Sunday. I call on Sunday just to find out my appointment was not in the system. I talked to Robert who was very rude an unprofessional. I ask him the number for the corporate office and the name of the manager. He they do not have a corporate office and that he was the manager. He would not give me his last name. I think one star is too high for this place.

Counter person Pat Carlino promised they would replace my rear car tires within a hour. After waiting two hours for two new rear tires. I ask the counter person Pat Carlino what the progress of my car. End result they didn't even start yet. Finally I told them to just return my car without the new tires.

Mike, Antone, and Rob treated us Great! My family and I came up from va to visit family and noticed a scratching noise on the trip up.the next day the rear drivers side tire was almost flat so i took it in.turns out the noise was the rear brakes and rotors and the tire was rotted on the side wall so they fixed it at a good price and they replaced a rear tailight that was burned out for no extra charge.i took the car back to my families house and the brakes didnt feel right so i took the car back.they missed the front brakes on the inspection and they replaced them and the front rotors as well.i got 4 brake pads and rotors for the price of 2.this firestone location owned thier mistake and compensated me for it.that means alot and i like the integrity and honesty the staff has.they could have easily not done anything or tried to charge me for work they missed the first time.i told my family who does live in the area and they said thats exactly why they go there b/c they go the extra step and they take good care of thier customers! I highly recommend this firestone location and to the 3 guys who helped me out.outstanding job Gents! Rock on and God Bless!

Great customer service, but due to corporate regulations and the manual they must follow the prices are very high. If you've got a cheap car just for the purpose of getting from point A to B, the prices may not be worth it. I also was told on the phone the state inspection would take an hour to an hour and a half, but my car was there 5 hours

Unfair pricing. Quote you one price and bill you another. Make sure you check the bills before you leave. Long waiting time.

I've only had good customer service experiences here. One time, they made a silly mistake but completely made up for it by not charging me.

Great service. Pleasant employees and Shelmon is an amazing asset to the company. He went above and beyond helping me figure out the right tires for my vehicle. Fast and efficient!

My 2008 Grand Cherokee was leaking engine coolant and had it fixed. It was done on same day and I think it was done great. I am happy for the result.

I had a brake issue late Saturday and this was the only place and location that could fit me in early Sunday morning to get me out early afternoon for an important dinner. The repairs ended up being more extensive than originally thought and they quickly did the work, gave me a discount and charged me a decent fee, and returned my car in time to make my important dinner in time. The repairs have been great and I have no qualms at all. My experience was great.

Don't go here. I just had the worst experience with service. Not even polite. Wasted a whole day trying to get a Firestone tire fixed. Nobody on the phone even knew what they were doing. Tiny brad hole in brand new tire and they couldn't (or wouldn't) fix it. I will complain to the head office and the district manager. This place should be put out of business.
