Buying my VW at North Penn, trading my vehicle in was a smooth and courteous experience. It was quick, easy and a pleasant experience. I sent my son to North Penn he also bought a beautiful vehicle not only for him but one for his wife.
We will be meeting my granddaughter at VW today so she will buy a vehicle trading her VW in for a brand new one.
Our salesman Tim and the credit manager was not only helpful but was fun to do business with.

Great service, excellent communication letting me know what was happening at all times (including a video at one point), like the waiting area. Good loaner the one time I needed it too.

Used the online tool to schedule my service appointment. Everything was done on time and as expected. Questions I had were explained to me so I could make better informed choices about what I wanted to do and how. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

I am an active duty military member who drove over 3 hours round trip to purchase from this dealership due to the decent price that was advertised. I arrived with cash, but with obviously an out of state license and was told by the “finance guy” that I was not able to purchase the car without having to drive the car to my home state (which I haven’t been to in years) within 30 days to complete some BS inspection for title purposes. I have bought numerous cars in over 10 different states with the same license with zero issues. The salesman, Michael was ok but the “finance guy” is lazy and misinformed in my opinion. Military stay away. They have no idea how to sale to us and didn’t seem to try to care how to figure it out.

Bought a used, or in today's parlance, "pre-owned" Nissan Pathfinder in July 2020 from Joe D.at North Penn VW. Great buying experience. LOVE my Pathfinder. They even made sure it was full of gas. Massive salute to Joe D.and North Penn VW. To quote my close personal friend and 1980's TV actor, Mr. T. "I pity the fool who doesn't buy their vehicle from Joe D.at North Penn VW. " O. K, maybe, Mr. T.is more of an acquaintance than a close personal friend.

I have been in the market for a new Jetta GLI Autobahn and I found the one I wanted through CarGurus at this dealership. I double checked its availability on North Penn VW's website and it was listed as available. I triple checked, calling the sales phone number to make sure it was available. The salesman, Joe, who I spoke with on the phone assured me that it was there, ready for a test drive, and available for purchase. I drove over an hour with the hope I'd be driving a new car home, only to find out it was sold. The response from the same salesman was, "Sorry, we will take it off the website. " with nothing to follow that statement. No, "Are you interested in seeing another car? " or "Let's see if we can find one for you. " It felt like they weren't interested in helping me at all.

Let me summarize this by saying I live 4 mins away from another dealer I won't name and yet I still drive almost an hour to North Penn. Everyone from Matt in sales, to Ken in service is phenomenal. It's hard to find true car people who go out of their way to help.

I had an amazing experience buying my car with North Penn VW! I worked with Matthew Treichel and he was amazing and answered every single question I had and if he didn't know off the top of his head he looked for the answer and got back to me almost immediately. North Penn is a great place to purchase a new/used vehicle. The whole process of financing and registering our Volkswagen was very quick and smooth. Registration came in a mail in less than 3 weeks. Dealer Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been a customer at North Penn VW since 2003. Over the last 15 years I have purchased or leased 9 vehicles from the awesome sales staff, in particular a talented a very professional salesperson, Matt Treichel! The atmosphere is very relaxed and never have I felt pressured, or dismissed from any department. If you're in the market for a new vehicle I would suggest that you save yourself some time and work with the best, North Penn!

Body and paint work are excellent, but any service or electrical issues are blamed on coincidence rather than related to the work they completed. Do not expect them to be your liasion with your insurance company as they won't contact your insurance company for suppliments nor will they provide progress reports.

I recently purchased a VW Atlas from North Penn, and found it to be a painless experience. Tim N.from sales took me through the sales process but there was also great support from financing and the sales support team. The lot is large so they had a variety of models something I was struggling with at other dealerships. Tim was very responsive and was practically adept at setting up the car for my family. I drove from Center City and was very pleased having done so.

Always polite and helpful. If you wish they will send an appointment service reminder, and will provide video summary of the results of the status of your vehicle being serviced.

I’ve been taking both of my VWs here for service for the past three years. They do quality work, and I’ve been a very satisfied customer. The service advisors are easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The hours are convenient and Express Service makes it easy to get an oil change without an appointment.

I've never been to such a friendly and respecting dealership before. I went there to lease a new Jetta. The first time I went, the salesman, Joe, was really kind and accommodating. He let me have a really comprehensive test drive, and he was quiet and didn't try to sell me the car as I drove it. Back at the dealership, nobody treated me as if I'm already buying the car or like I'm a terrible person for not buying it.
Come the day of sale, the team was great. My car had heated seats, which they didn't know, but they kept their word on the price. On the day I signed it, there were no hidden extra fees. Jason, the sales manager, was great about explaining everything. Of course, extra protections and packages were offered for purchase, but I was clearly told what they were and the price. No pushy sales pitches.
Plus, my trade-in was in terrible shape but they still worked with me on it.
Aside from the fact that a VW is an incredible machine, I recommend this place to everyone. Best experience I've ever had buying a car.
