42Just a complete terrible experience. Walked in and I was immediately uncomfortable. People behind the desk were hesitant to help me and constantly laughing as if they were making jokes. Even one of the sales people who I believe was possibly the owners son was completely rude and arrogant. He talked down to me as if he were better than myself. Extremely rude in my opinion. I would highly recommend staying away from this dealer. The people are not very friendly at all.
Honest and trustworthy! Great experience with North Penn VW (specifically Greg Holland). My time was respected and valued and I felt as if my purchase was truly appreciated. If all car buying experience were as forthright as this one, there would be no stigma and fear in buying a new car!
