Service is horrible and unprofessional. Overcharge, and recommend expensive unnecessary services. Manager and Service writers are rude and arrogant. Will never bring my car there again and because of the poor service will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. I will also inform friends and customers to steer clear of this rude and dishonest dealer!

I just leased my 5th VW from North Penn. They are friendly and professional. I like that I've also had the same salesman Tim for 12 years, he's great.

Everything about the experience is positive! They take the time to explain everything in the car and answer any questions. I've never felt pressured or like just another sale to them.

I like the way prices and specials are presented. I believe this would be a good and easy buying experience.

I bought a car 9 years ago went back and it was just as good as the first time. Tim really knows the VWs he was able to go over all the changes from my older model and went over all the improvements VW has made. I would go back a third time, they didn't pressure me and listened to my needs.

Definitely enjoyed working with Tim Notarianni. He was straight-forward with pricing and everything came out exactly as outlined in the estimate. He took plenty of time to review the vehicle when we picked it up and called a few days later to make sure all was well.

What out for the Service department. They love performing costly work that does not need to be done at all!

We contacted the dealership a week ahead and they were responsive in getting an appt set up and telling us what was in stock. The car was warmed up and ready to go on a cold Feb.morning so we could jump right into the test drive. Tim answered all our questions and he and another guy took us through all the paperwork. The price and interest rate was good. Great experience and drove away happy with our new (used certified) car.

Having issues with a used car we just bought and the dealer is not standing behind there cars. Also management treats women with disrespect.

I leased my first Mazda back in 2014. I recently just re-did my lease and managed to get a new car for less than what I was currently paying. The sales staff was excellent. Joe Butler was my salesmen and listened to every requirement that I had. I was able to get the car I wanted for less a month. The service department is excellent as well. I've never had a problem getting an appointment and they are always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership.

I have bought a lot of cars through the years from a lot of different dealers. This dealer was so exceptional I can't say enough as to how pleased I am, not only with the product but with the dealership that sold me the product I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Today I am driving right past North Penn Mazda (around the corner from me) to Ray Price Mazda in Stroudsburg in order to save $2000 on the sale of a new car, and not have a used car manager be condescending to me. I did stop in after my phone purchase of the car at Ray Price Mazda and spoke to owner/GM at NP Mazda.who actually seemed to care about the lost opportunity.

I've bought a handful of cars from North Penn over the years and they are some of the greatest people you'll ever come across when needing a car. Highly recommend!
