Dave and the manager were great. Received great service and help from both! Walked out with something better than we had in mind thanks to Dave and his suggestions to fit our liking and room size.

The best experience ever. It was my first time ever shopping in Ashley and it did not disappoint. There was ultimately no wait time and Jay the sales guy was very informative and helped me through the buying process. They will definitely have my future business. Great quality furniture and I can't wait to get my new sectional sofa. The wait is 3-6 wks and yes that's a long wait to have something to sit on. But, I shopped other places and the wait was longer. If you need a new couch or dinning table talk to Jay at the one off I45 in the woodlands.

Excellent customer service. No high pressure sales tactics. Free to roam the store without being stalked by the staff. Everyone was nice, courteous and acknowledged our presence. This would have been a 5 star review for sure if we didn't have to wait 12 weeks for our furniture to be delivered.

I have to put my father (64 years old) into an assisted living community. While this decision has been difficult, I want a better way of life for him than I can provide.

Nobody bothered helping us, when we went in over the weekend. Employees would look right into our face and not even bother asking if they could help us out with something. We browsed around and spend our money elsewhere.

He was very friendly and helpful. Not pushy, let me look around until I found what I wanted. Love your store.

Got a great deal on this amazingly comfortable reclining sofa. The manager Mrs. Taylor was amazing and very helpful.

My in store experience was great, but I was told half of the furniture I ordered would be delivered on one date and rest a couple weeks later. The day came for the first delivery and no phone call came so I called the store. They completely screwed up the delivery dates and scheduled everything to be delivered on a date that was not even discussed, so I had to get them to change that to the right date. Now I’m just hoping my stuff actually gets delivered.

Dottie was super helpful! She was not pushy in any way and she went above and beyond to get us the best value for our money.

David and Raymond were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the buying process. Both are very professional and represent Ashley very well. Great buying experience.

Purchase of living room was painless. I knew what I wanted and he did not try and sell me anything I did not want. He gave a lot of advice and recommendation on the Darcy suite which was very helpful to me.

Ray at spring Ashley store is the first sells man that listened so well he reminded me what I was looking for when I got off track. He stuck to my specifications which saved me time and energy. He clearly new the store inventory well. So often people don’t study what they sell as if the customer won’t ask questions. However everyone is helpful but Ray was on point which I like.
