We enjoyed our experience buying at Ashley today in Spring! We had a wonderful sales agent (Ryland) who helped us pick several pieces of living room furniture & really went the extra mile to assist us with our purchase. We can’t wait to have our furniture delivered!

Evan was our salesperson and he was fantastic. We had visited several furniture stores that day and Evan was by far the best at his job. He was polite, helpful and did everything he could to make our experience as pleasant as possible. We will now only go to Ashley furniture for our home needs

My in-store and online experience were fantastic! The furniture is beautiful and I expensive and they treat you well! However the customer service over the phone was slow and they made so many mistakes. I highly recommend them online and in-person but never over the phone!

Purchased recliner/rocker which fits our needs. Salesman, Sabah, was able to direct us to options that gave us choices and we are pleased with what we selected. He was very polite and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Our sales associate was great! Evan was knowledgeable and friendly. He went great lengths to answer our questions. His manager David also went out of his way to meet with us and help us out. I would definitely recommend Ashley’s Furniture.

Being new to the area and being familiar with the brand, we visited Ashley to purchase new furniture for our entire home (living room, bedrooms, media room). Our salesman was very friendly; however was less than forthcoming about the furniture itself. The salesman represented the furniture as all 'made in the USA' but all was imported. We absolutely love our mattress, but feel that the quality was less than represented as 'high quality'.

Dishonesty. That is the reason this Ashley Furniture gets a one star. We bought two recliners with power to match furniture we already have from Ashley. We scheduled the delivery (these were gifts) in advance meaning there was plenty of time for Ashley to get the furniture ready. But come delivery day, the gentlemen nervously told us they only had one chair for us and had no idea why there was not as second one. After the run around with both the warehouse and the store manager on duty we were left frustrated and waiting for someone to figure out how to rectify the situation. Another delivery was scheduled fur the second chair of the (and not in the near future), but that day arrived with no delivery. Another call to a manager on duty and we are told "someone" in the store changed the delivery date. We didn't ask for that, and were never told that happened. Yet another delivery date scheduled. Customer service at this Ashley is awful. On top of that, we were sold the warranty with all the furniture we have with Ashley. When we tried discussing the fact that the warranty actually covers nothing (the salesperson tried to sell us the warranty again on the recliners), he hasf the audacity to tell us we were supposed to lie to the warranty people when they asked us of we had pets. Even if pets don't cause the warranty issue, the company won't cover the damage if you have pets. Of course we don't want to buy something we will never be able to use. I also don't like being told I need to just lie about it - what do these people teach their kids?

Very good service. I had found a table I wanted online but they didn't have it on the showroom floor. The salesman got it for me and had it delivered thr next day.

High levels of benzene and formaldehyde detected on sectional sofa. We've had this sectional for 3+ years and there is always a smell coming off of it. Bought a detector and sure enough this thing has high levels of toxic materials. Open your windows.

Had a rare wonderful shopping experience at a furniture store. I've never been able to say that. Ricky Bobby my sales guy was right on point and made the shopping experience a pleasure. Offering plenty of help and options. Going out of his way to compare color and style. Narrowed our options and boom! Done. Thanks! Yes. His name was Ricky Bobby.lol (awesome salesman)

Evan was a wonderful salesman. Not only did he instantly tell us where to find what we were looking for, he left us alone to look and try out recliners until we were ready for questions. Faced with a barrage of questions Evan fielded them with finesse and what he did not know, he found out. We ended up buying a lovely recliner AND the protection plan. No pressure, great process and out the door quickly.

My product specialist, Evan Corn, was very helpful when assisting me in picking out the right types of furniture, based on my style, color, and budget. I'm highly satisfied with this company, as well as Evan's service, and I would highly recommend purchasing with this company.

Edited 1/28/18- Thank you for contacting us with a much more satisfying solution to our issue. It’s unfortunate that it couldn’t go smoothly at the first report of the problem, but ultimately, the problem was solved to our satisfaction on a much more reasonable timeline.

Really disappointing customer service. Only a 1 week deliver time, but it will be 3 weeks before they can get someone out to confirm a problem we discovered after delivery. Then who knows how long to fix the problem.

Great experience. Salesman’s weren’t pushy, and that is the right way to make a sale. I left other spots because they would try to push something i didn’t want on me

Staff was very friendly and didn't bombard you as soon as you walk through the door. Tons of very nice pieces of furniture at a reasonable price. Will be back in the future for another purchase.
