Buyer Beware. These liars will tell you anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. $7000.00 worth of furniture. They changed our delivery date twice.

Worst customer service after the sale I have ever experienced. Store tells you to call the warehouse to arrange your pickup (because they don't have any delivery trucks available). Warehouse doesn't answer their phones. Call customer service and they say they will send an email and your stuff will be ready in two hours. Show up at the warehouse and come to find out they do not preprep for pickups and give you a number and tell you to wait in line. Hearing horror stories of the other people in line about deliveries that never showed up or deliveries that forgot pieces. This company is a mess and I would not purchase anything from here unless you absolutely had to. These people posting 5 star reviews must work for the company.

This location is very helpful and I truly enjoyed Evan’s (one of the sales associates) help and compassion. I previsouly brought furniture from the pasdena location and they failed to state the furniture was discontinued but still took my money. Evan took the time to figure everything out and fulfill my order by completing my order at his store and giving me discounts!

So really this location deserve 5 starts but I’m giving 4 because I do believe alll Ashley furniture stores should be the same all the way through not just the BEST at one location!
