44 This was the worse experience I've ever had
I bought ear buds for my wife they never worked $43.00 I took them back and the customer service kid was rude they would not exchange them because I did not buy a warranty 3 wks later she told me to call the manufacturer I ask how she said "look on the box" I would not ever buy anything at best buy
It's an alright store. Nothing too great but also not bad at all. Short selection but will work with you if you see an online item on their website. Good service but with the help line as long as it is it can be a pain if you need something from a case.
It's a good place overall. I've been to the arlington location frequently. Today they were really slow. But they're understaffed. The ones working tho did an amazing job back in the laptop/computer area.
Geek Squad will communicate as much as my divorced parents communicate with me.which is to say NOT AT ALL
Let's just say I went there two days in a row. Come on you can't go there without getting the tacos Yes the top part's hard and crunchy and the bottom part it's soggy and spicy not hot spicy but spicy spicy they're the best kind of taco when you want a greasy taco
30 minutes walking around and couldn’t Get someone to help you or even to answer a simple question
Great service by the thin short guy in TVs. He was great. Even tried helping us in computers and tablets lol. Sotho he did refer someone else after they got free but the customer service was so awesome.
Clean, knowledgeable floor staff. Didn't have what I was looking for though, otherwise it would have been 5 stars
We wanted to buy a new cell phone. After asking us a few questions, we waited over 1 1/2 hours! In front of the register to buy the phone and nobody ever followed up. What a Waste of a Precious Day Off on the weekend!
Best Buy is a rip-off they take your money and don't want to refund your products even if you have a receipt they use a outside source to rate your returns you can only return a few items and then they were denying your returns and make you keep the defective product that you don't want I would never shop at Best Buy again
Actually didn't have what we needed. Everything for our phone were out of stock or over sixty dollars.
Just average. Sales staff had to ask other sales staff because they had no knowledge. And then they tried to push open box goods after I said it was a gift. Just blah. Eventually got the item. But took three times as long.
Employees were snoody and unwilling to help. One of tghem was even too lazy to go pick my laptop from the top shelf until he realized that the laptop that i needed was $3k. Guess they work on commission. Manufacture's reps on location was friendly and most helpful.
The employees were helpful. Even walking us to the item on the shelf. My only real complaint is the high prices for goods that have entirely too much markup.
Walked in look for SIM card for a smart watch, Nathan sent me to the camera department where no-one was working. He pass by did not ask if I needed help or not. Finally I find a employee passing by and they stop to help, but was not sure what type of card I needed, but she called Jaiger to come and help. I was able to find a card.
Geek squad here is great. Was able to install my dash cam eventhough they we're backed up. Super attentive.
I got my drier from best buy and the process was so simple and easy that we didn't even spent more than 30 mins there. The only thing that refrains me from giving it 5 stars is that when it was time to deliver our drier they didn't come at the time frame we told them we would be home and they came late so we were not home. They had to deliver it a different day bc they didn't came at the time they were supposed to but other than that it was still a good experience.
Went to this best buy to purchase an iPad for work. When I walked in I was greeted at the door with a friendly hello. Beyond that I have not been spoken too. I am currently writing this review while waiting to talk to someone. Been about 10 min now. If I did not need this iPad and case right now I would leave.
Wow went to look for a laptop and was asked if we needed help right away, that guy works his department very well.
