I wanted to go and check out the kenwood stereo I have been looking at on line for my car. I looked at it and waited around for 30min. Before the salespeople that were standing around talking and joking with each other finally decided to ask me if I needed help the guy was rude and didn’t know anything about the stereo or any of them. He just didn’t want to help me. I think it was because I came in there right after work and was dirty but ready to spend 1000$.
Need screen protectors for my Samsung Galaxy S8+. Not a lot of options for Android phones. But was in and out quickly, cashier was nice as well.

Screw Ghetto Mart (Wal-Mart) this is where you should shop for you electronics clean store, friendly staff and great looking.
Sales floor workers are good in offering help, but customer service department needs improvement. Ordering and picking up is a pain with these people especially when I clearly see my item is ready, but refuse to release it because the expected pick up date was schedule at a later date. Very dissappointed.

Percuhesd a 2 year warranty about a year ago form best buy Arlington, when I tried to use the warranty on the headphones I purchased the customer service rep and the manager remover the cushion from the headphones and said " we have to take them off since the old ones were damaged". Are you kidding me best buy? ! I will never in my life perches anything from best buy again and i strongly suggest you don't perches anything from best buy Arlington!

Went in to bring a soundbari bought back and they told me that if I didn't buy the p.protection, they couldn't take it back period. It wasn't even open but it was to big for the area I bought it for and it was past best buy warrant time, 60 days I believe.it was in brand new shape.i was shocked. Best Buy lost 4 customers that day and I will post this again. Thankyou, Alyce Gardner
Horrible service. Ordered a product online said it would be ready within 45 minutes, spoke with a representative and they said within an hour.still haven't gotten my product days later but they have surely taken my money.put on hold for nearly an hour when I called to address the issue.
Great customer service. I detected a scam and immediately took my Surface computer to them to determine that the virus had not affected my computer. The computer was cleared and I was on my way.
I got a radio job ($300 radio, $250 in parts) and Oliver and Francisco are extremely cool, warm, and welcoming. But I did have to come back because my radio worked flawlessly, but my AC stopped functioning correctly. The left side would only blow cold air, while the right side would only blow hot air. I'm sitting back at the autotech shop, and the stars will go up if they can fix my AC that was working perfectly before I got the radio put in.
Came get to buy a new IPhone 7 Plus and didn’t have to wait, but the only two colors they had were Rose Gold and Black not the Gold I wanted. So I settled with the black 128GB one and was in and out pretty much

I would give zero stars if possible this store is a sorry excuse for customer service! They are RACISTS they accused my father of breaking his tv they assumed it takes 24 to 48hours for a tv to not work after touching it. I spoke with the Mgr and supervisor gave me nothing but sorry excuses.
