Visited customer service for a return. Line was short, they were quick and the return was fast and simple. I did not need my receipt bc it was within 15 days. It went automatically back to my credit card. Very friendly service! Recommend to anyone.
Had an appointment for Geek Squad to install my car stereo. Customer entrance was locked, guys were clueless. Told me it would take an hour. When I came back in an hour, they said it would be another 25 minutes. When I voiced my concern, suddenly it was done in 5 minutes. I won't be back.
