FLIUDS NOT TOPPED OFF AT SERVICE APPOINTMENT
VIBRATION ISSUE WAS BLAMED ON TIRES SO 2700 WAS SPENT REPLACING TIRES.
THE FOREMAN Said "if it was tires it would be noticeable all the time not just between certain speeds" We were told varying stories, not acceptable.
DRIVER RAN OVER A CONE LEAVING A NASTY RUB MARK ON THE BUMPER.
11HOURS TO CHANGE SEVEN TIRES, THEN THE TPMS SENSORS WERE ALL IN THE WRONG POSITIONS
THE GALS IN THE OFFICE ARE NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, LACK OF COMMUNICATION TO CUSTOMER and between the technical team.

Eric (sales person) and Juan Alvarado (finances) helped me and made my buying experiance the best. I had purchased a vehicle from Boggus 2 years ago and when there was a recall they would not guve me an appointment to fix it. Upon mentioning that to Spikes sales person Eric, he got it done within 30 minutes while I waited to see if i qualified for a new truck. I did purchase the truck at the right price while getting great treatment. Will never buy anywhere else! Keep up the great work Spikes!

The team at Spikes Ford was very helpful in me getting my truck. It all started with the Internet Sales person Dezeray who would send me links based on the descriptions of the trucks that I was interested in buying. From there, I went to the dealership and my salesman Carlos was very professional to me and my family. Him and Richard met my demands and I was able to get the truck I wanted. I had a ton of questions throughout the entire process and this team of 3 individuals were able to answer all of my questions.
I really love my new truck and I highly recommend visiting Spikes Ford if you are in the market for a new truck or car. If you go, ask for Carlos.

Still have not gotten a phone call from Spikes since my last review. It has been 4 weeks and no one has reached out to me. I'm not sure what they are waiting for they have my number, email, and work phone number. I am deeply disappointed and hope that ford reads these reviews so that they can see exactly what happens at the dealership level.

Been with Ford for years. Brought vehicle in for warranty covered repairs. Staff lost replacement parts, once the parts were installed they damaged vehicle even more. Took forever and vehicle still isn't fixed. Nobody there has a clue what's going on when I call. Was told my vehicle was almost ready when it was sitting in my garage. Lol. Worst experience buying a vehicle I've ever had.

Spikes has been wonderful! My salesman Eli has been amazing. I wasn't planning on upgrading just yet, but Eli made it so simple and effortless. I'm glad I chose Ford for my service and new sale.
