OVER THE PHONE THE SALES MANAGER TOLD ME HE WOULD MATCH ANOTHER FORD DEALERSHIPS PRICE. SAID THAT ITS WAS NOT AN ISSUE, JUST FOR ME TO COME BY. I LIVE AN HOUR AWAY. SO WHEN I GET THERE & SIT FOR 20 MINS. THE SALES TEAM TELLS ME THAT THE BEST PRICE THEY CAN DO IS $5000 MORE THEN THE OTHER FORD DEALERSHIP. WHAT A DISSAPPOINTMENT. THE SALES MANAGER IS A LIAR & I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THAT ANYBODY BUY FROM SPIKES FORD IN MISSION!

Spike's Quick Lane has my back regarding my truck's service that I don't have to worry about it! The staff is very professional and courteous.

I like having Spikes do my oil changes. They are often not busy and can do it in a short time and also alert me to any possible problems.

Everyone at Spikes Ford in Mission, TX were fabulous. I called Spikes because they had an F150 Platinum that I was interested in. I spoke to Richard the Sales Manager. He was very helpful and directed me to Adam Herrera for further assistance. Adam called me right away. Adam was extremely professional and met all my requests. I would stay loyal and buy more cars or trucks from spikes ford. The only thing they said I would get with the truck was tint and the rhino spray for the bed of the truck but I didn’t only got the tint.
