I had a great experience shopping for my truck! The salesman, as well as the other staff at Spikes were all very attentive! Eric Carrizales went above and beyond when it came to getting me what I wanted, what I was looking for. I took my 2016 Expedition to be fix they took (3) three month and still not working the it should work disappointed.

Very poor when it comes to stocking common parts like filters and belts. Twice now I've had to wait over two hours for a air filter on my Ford pickup. This is my last time here. No other Ford dealership can this inadequate.
