My baby Rocky just passed this Monday unexpectedly & just got his ashes today. I know he was well taken care of during the whole process Thank you for doing what you do & providing these services for those mourning the loss of their pet. My Rocky will always be with us

My son and I lost our 15 year old cat, Dusty Blue. Fond Memories took care of him. When we got his remains back I was truly moved. I didn’t expect to find Dusty’s paw print on a keepsake. I cried when I found it. I’ve been through the loss of a pet so many times and it never gets easier, and I appreciate the care Fond Memories took of my sweet old cat.

We just got the cremains of our precious pup today. Their care and compassion blew my wife and I away. Her paw print, lock of her hair and the flower seeds to plant come spring. WOW! Thank you so much for making a terrible time the best it could be.

I lost my best friend of 11years on the 4th of August and my heart still hurts. Pet Loss Center made it somewhat easier to cope with my loss with the items they made for me. I didn't expect the nose print and when I seen it, I broke down yet again. You guys are awesome and I thank you for everything. One day I hope to be reunited with my little buddy, but until then, I have these wonderful mementos that you have gathered together to remind me of him.

I want to thank the Pet Loss Center of Euless for the delicate care they provided for my sweet boy Bumpas. We had no idea we would get anything more than his ashes.thank you for the irreplaceable gifts that were added. Thank you for helping us heal from this devastating loss.

Losing a pet is never easy. The grief can be immense and overwhelming. I’ve loved and lost 4 pets over the last 3 years. I’ve used Pet Loss Center for private cremations for each one. Pet Loss Center is the only facility I would trust with my pets. They are by far the best facility in DFW. They are genuinely caring, supportive, and respectful. In my experience they’ve been very expedient, too. I’ve seen “behind the curtain” of the pet crematoriums in town. Although the other groups are not bad, they pale in comparison.

DO NOT USE this company! Save yourself the heartache for your lost pet. You will grieve even more with using this company.

We paid for the cremation, nose print, paw print, hair clippings of the hair and the clay print. Pet Loss DID NOT took the nose print, paw print, hair clippings or the clay print. We used them last year when we lost our other fur-baby and expected the same results and this company DID NOT come through. Now I question whether we have the right ashes of both our pets.

They stole from us a memory that we can never get back and all they can say is they are "Sorry". Words can't take back what they did and I will have a void in my life that can't be filled.

Getting a job done have the time is not ok. As a cremation place you must be on top of your profession because there is no second chance. And I can speak truthfully that this place truly doesn't care about your loved ones, they just care about the MONEY. This is true.

We as consumers must be honest and fair to how a company treats us and this company doesn't deserve to be in business because they are not focused on caring for the customers, even at an emotional hard time.

I'm been unable to post do to my heartbreak. My baby was only 11 months old when he had an untimely, tragic end. The Pet Loss Center made a horrible situation somehow better. I have the most beautiful tribute to little Sebastian that I will forever treasure. Thank you for the wonderful work and helping heal my heart through his sentimental memorial.

Thank you Pet Loss Center for making the worse day of my life somehow ok. Her little urn is precious and I love having her paw print. I can actually see her fighting to pull her paw away! She was such a little princess. Thank you for the beautiful way you honored her memory! PP

Love it here. My family has used their services twice now, and both times have exceeded expectations. It took a bit longer than expected this last time, but it was worth the wait. They had amazing customer service and were sincerely apologetic about the delay. Thank you, Melissa for making this sad time easier for us! 10/10

This company lacks ethics and is very untrustworthy. They lied about the reasoning for their massive delays in returning ashes and did not properly store the animals. They also continued to misplace the wearabouts of a animal and the clay paw prints.

This place needs to be shut down permanently they have zero dignity For your fur babies they’re only here for the money this place disgusts me!

I had a a really great experience. The people there are nice and patient, they'll answer any questions you have. They provided me a beautifully done clay paw print of my sweet dog Max! It helped me a lot with the grieving process. Thank you so much.

My dog Tidbit passed away on May 14th Still waiting for the ashes to be returned! I paid for private cremation!

I have unfortunately had to use them numerous times throughout the years, and they have always been courteous and empathetic to mg needs and in my grief. ️

They were so kind, and professional, and empathetic, I could never imagine using any other service.
