30New company have a wors castumer service and the new employee are unprofessional and very rude when ur lease is about to over they are so bad and are trying to pass u and smiled Marijuana in majority of hallways
My first year was great the office people were the best. New people on the office they are the worst unprofessional how they take care the costumers they never have answer for anything. All they say we call you and they never do
You will get towed, the complex will penalize you for everything, they have no remorse, worst place to live, etc lots of RATS too
I've been leaving here for over 3 years. I've never had any issues and even if there were some minor concerns, it was always taken care of immediately. Recently they have changed the management team and what a disaster this new team is! Rude, unprofessional and absolutely unhelpful! They will tell you someone will call you back, but nobody ever does. But even if they do, they will give you so much attitude that you will regret you asked them to call you back. I was going to renew my lease for another year, but on the second thought, there are so many good places around that appreciate their residents.
Great community. Very friendly and efficient staff. Service department is great too. I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone.
Great solid old construction for the buildings but the management team needs to learn how to treat their residents better. Moved into a nice studio and was pretty happy, minus the dirty bathroom and painted over hair on the door, until they tried to charge me more than what I was supposed to pay on my second month. After going around and around with the sales rep, the manager and finally the management company I only had to pay what I was promised when I signed my lease. One great benefit is that the buildings have secured key card entrances but due to poor planning when the new management company took over, my building was left unsecured for close to a month. Came home to no hot water the other day and still had no hot water the next morning. I reported this to the sales team and even Nicole in the management office and was told someone would get back to me regarding compensation and did not hear back from them. This seems to be norm for this management team here.
Parking is an absolute nightmare if you don’t get home before 5: 30pm. I’ve had to walk clear across the community. Better planning by management and possibly selling assigned spots would be a huge improvement.
This will be my 2nd year living here in the same unit and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I have had no major issues and anything I have had concerns about has been addressed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend. One of the better prices you’ll pay for staying in the Alexandria area!
Hi i'm Francisco Tobar, i live with my brother in EOS almost 1 year, we want Say thanks to all members, they're had excellent customer services, Mayra help me to upgrade to bigger apartament and we can't wait for moving. Thanks again.
The worse place to live the management is worse and bedbugs and roaches in every other apartment all my neighbors have this problem and top of that very expensive no parking after 8pm and assistant manager she is a joke
I moved in 3 months ago, and I am relatively enjoying it so far. I had a messy move in process, the apartment was not cleaned, and there were cockroaches crawling on the ceiling when I did the walk through, hair on the blinds, dust and debris on the floor. I came back and said the apartment was not move in ready with list of demands and they met them. I am hoping the new management team is a little more professional/helpful than Ross Management. The call boxes on the buildings don't work and apparently haven't for months, so when you have a guest you have to get them every time. This isn't a big issue but it would be helpful to get the full story before move in. I wasn't informed the call boxes were broken, and was even lied to saying they were working. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of someone in the office, and when you do they will hang up on you. They need to do a better job at communicating changes, for example there was a memo sent out that the resident portal was down and you could not pay your rent online on the 2nd. (A day after rent was due) This leaves residents scrambling to get rent paid and avoid late charges. I am fine with the changes, but at least give people a fair warning. Overall this place is good for the money, but don't expect star treatment because you won't get it.
